The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel decor is very nice. I liked the terrasse, the garden and the facts that the rooms had a large balcony each. The breakfast was great!

It was a bit cold (I guess due to the government energy restrictions) but we could increase the heating level in the bedroom.

really nice hotel, perfect location. We were in the region to visit Sancerre, wich was pretty close and in the evening we had an appointment in a 1 star rated Michelin restaurant at less then 10 miles, so perfect. Beds are very comfortable, friendly and accomadating staff, great parking and when travelling with pets, there is nice long walk to do next to the canal. Perfect.

Clean. Comfortable beds, very friendly staff and easy to access.

Toilets on the ground floor (cottage). Very minus inconvenience compared to the rest of the cottage.

Didn't have breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the two bedroom annexe, small but suitable with ground floor kitchen/diner, separate toilet & shower room with two shower cubicles & double sink. Just bedrooms upstairs. Parking in gravelled car park at rear of adjacent hotel, just up the street (as only hotel’s kitchen loading bay out the back of annexe). Breakfast buffet had good selection of food & drink with machines for coffee/tea & freshly squeezed orange juice.

Website said 2pm checkin. No receptionist there til 4 and she explained it was wrong on the internet. Not helpful!

This is Paris. it’s more expensive than you want to pay, the rooms are smaller than they could be but it pretends to be nothing much more than a clean bed and a hot shower. It did this very well and was excellently located, and, most importantly, the staff were excellent, helpful and extremely accommodating.

Pretty location with a great view of a barge canal and the nearby nuclear power plant. Plenty of songbirds. Pleasant, attractive location.

It was no doubt the off-season, but there wasn't much life or soul to the place.
