Excellent location in a town with lots to do. Very good facilities with paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, pontoon and peddle boats. Fit pit and small patio table outside our unit. Reasonable price with kitchen and amenities. Simple cabin but suited us well.

Disappointed that many businesses in area have limited hours or are closed until Memorial Day weekend. Since weather cooperated we were able to bike and pickleball as well as go to Itasca park. Small kitchen, but we managed.

It was an adorable location. Clean, right on a lake. The site manager is absolutely awesome. I came back from town and they were removing winter windows, but at the time I didn't know what that was, I thought they were pulling the whole window out during our stay. I was upset! After receiving a lesson in Minnesota windows 😂 I understood what was taking place and that I was wrong. The site manager was nice as he absolutely could be to me during all of that explaining the windows and clearing the air. We will definitely be staying there again.

I wish the bathroom was bigger.

Central location near the Heartland bike trail and Itasca State Park. Comfortable beds. Game room and kayaks included. Air conditioner. Pretty setting on the river. Made creative use of space to add storage.

No sink in the kitchenette. Tight quarters to use storage under the beds.

The location was great. The cabin was clean and we especially liked the fact that there was a TV and refrigerator.

There were no directions on how to use the coffee pot. We had glasses, cups, silverware BUT NO plates.

The managers were wonderful, not intrusive but still present and very friendly. Wonderful space with lots of entertainment opportunities and water equipment available to us for free. Kitchen had what we needed. It was great to have a charcoal grill to use, firewood available, docks closeby, plenty of soaps ready, etc. Would definitely come again.

If I would have known we could just go into our room without finding an employee, it would have made the check-in experience so much better. The 4pm checkin time seems a little late. I realize it gives them more time to get the unit ready, but 4pm to 10am is a small stay window for the $100+ per night fee.

It doesn't have a living room but just a TV on the wall. Thought there would be a couch to go with the TV.

even tho it is the hard part of in between spring, it was a beautiful view, and saw lots of wildlife. I loved the feel of a little cabin, and it was beautifully, kept up.

The place is a run down a bit and needs a big makeover but it was VERY clean and the beds were comfortable. The manager Brent was awesome. We needed extra blankets and pillows and he was so nice about it. We got to visit with Brent and is a really nice guy. You guys are lucky to have him. Until next time!!

I loved the cabin and having my own kitchen which makes traveling so much cheaper.

I couldn't stay longer but that had nothing to do with the resortl but that pesky thing called work. 🤣🤣
