Nice, affordable stay just a few blocks from Park Rapids' charming main street. Also convenient if you're planning on biking the Heartland trail, and a good "home base" for visiting the Itasca Park. Spacious room, microwave/fridge are included, and the breakfast was decent too. Would stay here again!

Everything was great, but a bike rack would be convenient for those of us who like biking around town.

Breakfast was good, I was excited because I love bran muffins. The staff was the best, seriously Travis was AMAZING, I have meds that cannot be frozen and he let us check in a bit early so we weren't late for the event we came to town for.

An elevator would be awesome, but again only because I had torn ligaments in my foot, on a regular day it would not have been a big deal.

The location was great for our needs. The breakfast was also great, everything we would want. The room was clean, although a little musty smelling, but nothing too bad. Bed was comfortable and the amenities were up to par for the price of the room.

You need to have some kind of a comfortable chair to sit in.

Room was exactly how I expected it to be. Beds were clean. Room had a good temperature. Lots of supplies in room. I will for sure be coming back there

The weekend breakfast wasn't good. Also lots of door slamming.

The office clerk helped us so willingly when the first room we got had an odd smell I didn’t like. She moved us without question. And—was super sweet. The breakfast was better than most.

The room carpet was wet from flooding rains earlier in the week. Front desk personnel were great and helpful. Great breakfast choices!

Needs a little updating in decor in the lobby but the rooms were nice and I liked the bedding and headboard decor.

Breakfast is always good. Housekeeping and staff do an excellent job.

Carpets could use a shampoo. Felt a little grungy.
