Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location. There are a couple of fast food restaurants and a gas station in walking distance. Rooms were spacious and overall clean. The only problem was that the bathroom water came out a little dirty at first. After letting it run for a few moments, I'll clear out.

Exceptionally comfortable king bed, clean room, walkable to Starbucks. We had a great sleep!

The manager, who was nothing but curt and never smiled, and the dour woman who knocked on the door at 11am to tell us to check out, as we were a few minutes away from doing so. However, the woman at the lobby counter when we checked out at 11:09 was very friendly.

Obvious the owner/operator takes pride in the location - the grounds were amazing. Pool was clean and the rooms were better than expected.

Some of the pool chairs were broken - but there were more than enough.

It was close to the freeway McDonald’s gas station and Starbucks i loved the maids clean our room while we were gone and still left clean towels

The air conditioning didn’t stay on maybe every 5mins it would stay on

The guy at the front desk was so nice. The room was extremely clean and comfortable.

The shower was pretty old but the pressure was great and it had been cleaned, it’s just so old the grout and silicone is getting dingy

Had a fridge and microwave

No elevator. Only one washcloth and one hand towel for two people. The main light (the one operated by the switch next to the entry door) did not work, it was an old florescent type light that just kept blinking

I booked this location last year and upgraded to better. Should've done that this time as this room was very basic.

The room had a smell to it. Needed to be aired out.

it’s not anything special, but a totally acceptable place to pass the night. Clean, comfortable room, nice people in the office, I have no complaints

perhaps a bit noisy at night, but nothing too bad.

The owner Bobby was amazing very nice helpful person I been there twice and I will be back check in was fast and easy my new place to stay when I go to king city thank you !!

location and availability. I also liked the the manager called me to verify my cc before running it. When traveling cc theft is a real thing!
