Breakfast was prepackaged pastries and coffee in the check-in area. You need to get the location from Google Maps rather than Booking if you're using GPS; Booking's location is actually the Ace Hardware down the street. They have physical metal keys, not key cards. Staff were friendly and parking was sufficient for everyone. It's near a variety of fast food places, gas stations, etc. Room was clean and shower water got hot quickly.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They had travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, and makeup remover towlets. There was coffee and pastries in the morning. Their customer service and house keeping was phenomenal. The location was very convenient with a variety of stores.

The location is very convenient. I like that they work with my schedule and strive to make us comfortable.

I wish they had 2-3 chairs, they usually have one or none. I wish they had a sofa or a big comfortable chair for my mother. I also wish we could open the windows at least a little bit.

Very nicely kept, though older buildings. Check in building is actually historic with amazing woodwork. Close to west entrance of Pinnacles NP. Very kind check in staff.

I feel the price is way too high for the property age and lack of modernization. There is a lack of hotel competition in this small town, and the price is reflective of having no choice.

The room was very clean and quiet at night. The bed was comfortable and the window screens blocked all of the light. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cute little garden to walk around. Great location to stay at for exploring Pinnacles National Park.

I wish there was breakfast. The office when we checked out in the morning was sprayed down with some cleaner, but had such a strong smell that I started to have an asthma attack.

The beds were excellent, the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the shower was good.

The TV didn't work. The desk manager said people stay there and mess around with the electronics and then they have to call somebody to come and reprogram. It seems like a bad system to me, particularly because they couldn't offer us any alternative. It is pretty boring to sit there and watch the wall. My advice if you stay there is to check to see that the TV works before you unload anything, so you can ask for a different room.

Efficient, quite and clean. Location is convenient. Easy parking by room. Microwave and fridge is a great amenity because we like to bring food from home. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner all good. Appreciated being able to travel with a dog. Hotel staff answer the phone, a definite plus!!

Didn't care for the color choice on the bedspreads. Nightly dog fee increases room cost but the fee is standard compared to other hotels that charge for pets.

The service attitude of the staff is very good. I was greeted by a white-haired grandmother and a young and middle-aged lady. The location is good, there are fast food restaurants and supermarkets around, very convenient.

There may be noise next to the road, the shower water in the next room is a bit loud at night, and there are a lot of ants in the room.

Room was big and clean.

People was loud late night. Someone was by bathroom window . Needs curtian bathroom window.

The property was very clean both inside and out. They obviously take pride in keeping the grounds neat and tidy. I thought the traffic noise might be a worry but we were in a room tucked away down the back so the noise wasn’t bad at all. it’s very close to all the regular take away food places.

The room was a little on the small size but it catered for our needs.
