Very nice desk clerk and staff. Clean room, comfortable bed.

I picked this hotel particularly because it had breakfast offered on the website. It wasn’t until after I was checked in that I learned it did not. I didn’t like the lack of coffee pot in the room either. Also, a couple hooks to hang towels would be handy, and the refrigerator had a high pitched whine so loud I needed to unplug it to sleep.

Beds and air conditioning/control could improve a lot—wanted to just pull cool air from outside as room was toasty but outside was in the 40’s. Ice machine was either empty or broken. Staff was accommodating and nice but underdressed/in pajamas. Close to pinnacles park which was why we chose this spot. Overall it was better and cleaner than anticipated.

The hotel room was updated and immaculately clean. We had a lot of space and the room itself was very comfortable. We didn't use the pool but the pool area looked inviting. Staff was incredibly friendly and the location was close to the Pinnacles National Park and a lot of restaurants.

As our room was on the first floor and facing the public pool area, we wish there had been a second curtain for privacy over the sliding door that would still let light in.

The location was perfect. It was close to my destination.

The room cleanliness was okay, it could have been better. There were too many spider webs. Not too long after my inspection of the room I saw a black dot on the wall, smh. I dont do well with spiders. Oh and maybe have house keeping connect the TV. I had to get behind there and figure out why the TV wasn't working. It was plugged in but nothing was coming on. Other than that my stay was good. I would stay again. I was impressed by how nice the room was.

It was clean and convenient to Pinnacle National Park where our hiking the next day

We never were able to get TV ROKU working, was very frustrating, we gave up

Nice and clean. Friendly staff with the room just having direct access to the parking. Proximity with a small Plaza for coffee, food and also a gas station.

Though it was good, some folks might feel less secure with direct access to the parking lot next to the room with highway right besides it.

The staff is very helpful. The pool is beautiful. The hot tub is being repaired and is a warm tub right now, but it worked.

The beds are comfortable, but are on a noisy metal stand.

It was a very clean room. The bed was great. No art, no decor to speak of which is okay, because they had TP that was actually usable, if not luxurious! Very functional and pleasant.

Convenient location with the amenities we needed for a short stay.

The room was quite warm and the air conditioner was loud but other than that it was good.

The staff are very kind and attentive. Arrived earlier to my destination and they let me check in at an earlier time which i was so grateful because it was raining. Will be booking with them again.
