Front desk help was friendly and lobby was very clean and esthetically nice. Coffee was fresh.

Breakfast not included like their completion offers. The pool was closed due to updating, maybe? The room needs updating. There was a strong air freshener smell in the room that when the furnace kicked on, it was overwhelming and gave me a slight headache. All of this is minor compared to the good. I would stay here again.

Very clean. Great staff. Nice lobby with coffee and a hot chocolate bar for clients. Comfy bed and nice bedding.

The heater/AC unit was too noisy, and the sound was impossible to tune out. (Lots of electronic clicking and humming). I turned it off, and the room stayed warm enough.

The breakfast was wonderful. It had a large variety of items to choose from that were very tasty. The location was well marked and accommodating. Separate coffee or hot tea was also available. Upon check in, Kristina was more than helpful and answered all questions.

I can't think of anything to improve this facility. Our group chose to play cards and had plenty of space to do so downstairs. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

I loved our server/bartender from Friday night and Saturday morning. She was amazing and very helpful. We came as a large family group, and she was very patient and tended to us with a smile on her face. Thank you for making that such a great experience, we really enjoyed our time there.

No complimentary breakfast...for the cost of the room, $13 for breakfast was enjoyed.. The ventilation in The fitness room was warm and the air was stale...

Breakfast was great and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Hallway carpet looks dirty and bathtub floor looked dirty was was missing paint. Windows were covered in white substance and I barely could see anything outside

Clean, nice lounge area with gas fireplace. Sitting area with coffee and cucumber water.

Parking felt a little isolated, the land around was empty and rather untended. I would have welcomed more outdoor lighting.

Beds were really comfortable and rooms very spacious and I also enjoyed the pool

I think the employees could of been a little nicer but other than that everything was good.

What I did like was the front desk young lady so helpful, I really like the room it was nice and clean.

Wha I didn’t like was that I was supposed to have breakfast with my stay but some reason the lady that it was in charge of the kitchen said there was no more breakfast that was disappointing.
