The pool was very nice the food was wonderful and the kids had a very fun time.

The morning we checked out who ever was working around 6:30 was very rude. She had an attitude when I asked what time the pool opened I was going to take the kids before we checked out but she just made it very uncomfortable we just ate breakfast and got ready to check out. It was my son’s birthday.

It was clean throughout the whole hotel. Everyone there was very nice and friendly. The pool area was enjoyable. Our room was very nice and roomy.

The bed was a little too firm, but for medical reasons, I can't sleep on a firm mattress. Other than that it was perfect

Modern and spacious rooms, good Wifi and strong AC. Bathroom has a nice large shower, really appreciated. Breakfast has a decent choice and staff is friendly. Lots of parking available (free of charge).

Appartenly room cleaning/service is only upon request?! Is this a new "try-to-safe-money corporate policy"? ...Found this a bit strange...

The breakfast was very good. The food selection and variety was excellent, and it was tasty. The area was clean and attractive. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.

When we were assigned a room and upon entry to that room there was a strong sewer smell. We called the front desk to let them know then went down to receive a new room and coded key card. New room had no problems and staff solved the issue promptly.

Stayed overnight for a birthday. Kids had an absolute blast in the pool. Staff was very courteous

Could have been cleaner. We found a stain in our room and we notified staff right away.

I really like the stay the teller was really nice when I check in the facility was clean the room was everything cleaned plenty of towels and very comfortable and very quiet and the breakfast 🥞🍳 was really nice and very organized and clean will I come again I sure will come again I had a King size bed and I slept very comfortable and I like the fact I had a room on the end

The barn door for the restroom. and hanging closet: very heavy to move and very easy to get squished as someone moved it from one side to the other. An innovating design worthy of HGTV but impractical

Been at this establishment twice and both times the potatoes were not up to my expectations at breakfast. There were children playing in the hallway on the second floor late at night and early morning
