I don't usually write reviews but i know I had to leave one for this particular hotel. I was a bit skeptical at first because we've never stayed at a Best Western hotel before but we were going with some family that already had reservations here and I'm very glad they made this choice. As soon as we came in we were greeted by a friendly smile, it was Heather who was covering the front desk amongst other things. We had some minor issues in our room and Heather was very quick and happy to healp make our stay as comfortable as she could for us. She was also very busy doing other things to help run the hotel as best as she could. We later had the opportunity to meet LaTanya, who was there the second day of our stay. This lady was also very nice and was working non stop to cover front desk, breakfast, cleaning, etc. These are some of the most hard working ladies I've encountered at a hotel because they were always busy doing things to make the place run smoothly. Maria was such a warm and friendly hotel housekeeper who I had the pleasure of speaking to. Who was also doing the most with such a great positive attitude and a smile on her face. These ladies made our stay so much better and it's because of them that I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay. I was so impressed with these ladies work ethic that I kept telling my husband how wonderful they are and how they deserve a pay raise for all they do. A big kudos to them because they deserve to be recognized 👏

we stayed 3 nights had teenagers running up and down the halls at 2 and 3 in the morning you need a waffle maker

the fact teenagers running up and down the hall you had a band with kids staying there couldn't get in the pool to noisy you had no towels at the pool two days in a row when we asked for some she said she would have to wash them and dry with we never got any that was the second time we went to the pool i have 3 children 7,6,5 we booked this hotel because of the pool

Great staff; professional & prompt with anything I asked of them. A BIG Plus; good people skills. They could answer questions and provide help, yes. But they also knew how to engage in a conversation. Not always part of the "professional" mindset.

One item that is a VERY small detail: in a few of the corners and admittedly hard-to-reach spots, the vacuuming could have been a bit better.

Fantastic staff, great location to University that we were visiting. Comfortable beds & nice sized room. Very nice lobby area that you could stretch out & relax in.

This is a bit strange but the bathroom lighting was the absolute worst! My daughter & I both agreed. The lighting was only around the mirror as well as a small light above shower. The actual light was a strange bluish hue as well. Just strange.

It was a good breakfast. My sister works in food service and I own a retail business, we were quite impressed with LaTonia who was running the kitchen. She keeps everything immaculate.

The only thing we found was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. We considered that as minor.

The front desk was friendly and prompt with check in. We arrived late in the evening and check in was quick. The room smelled like fresh linens. The bathroom was spacious.

We were a family of three. The room was stocked with two bath towels, wash cloths and hand towels. One extra set would have been great.

We liked how convenient it was off the highway. The rooms are great, staff was great! The disappointment was we came there because of the pool, and that was under construction or something. The gentleman at the desk helped us and gave us some of the money back, which was very appreciated.

Somehow make it easier to know when the pool is closed, also there was a fee to have a dog and I did not see that on the part of the website I looked. So Having the pet policy and that the pool is closed more clear when setting up a reservation!!!

The staff was awesome! The breakfast was great! We enjoyed the pool.

I had to ask them to clean the fridge. There was some teens in the room next to me and about 4am, there was a parent screaming and cursing loudly. It woke us up, we were nervous as to what was going on.

My grandson said the breakfast was good, he liked it. I did not have the breakfast.

The bed was a little too firm for me but I was still able to have a good night's sleep.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, breakfast staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great room sizes and comfortable

Restaurant is poor and limited with no close by alternatives. Stayed 4 nights and room was not serviced on Easter Sunday, we came back to a dirty bath and room with wet towels
