Staff members were extremely friendly when we arrived and greeted us right away. We had asked for an early check-in, knowing it may not be possible, and they made it happen 😁 every aspect of our experience was excellent!! The only issue (a tub that wasn't draining) was promptly solved and they were so friendly and approachable about the issue. The rooms (or group had 3 that I saw) were all spotless and obviously well kept up. The water park was a lot of fun, the kids had a blast! There's a small bar/snack shack in the swim area and the staff there were super friendly too. In fact, every employee encounter was outstanding. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family for future events!

Our stay was wonderful!! We requested a first floor room and we got it!!! All of the Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Above us was a family that were pounding and running. Must have been kids. This was going on for hours. Finally I went to the Front desk about 10:45 to complain. Staff was helpful. It still went in for awhile longer. That was disappointing. Finally we all fell asleep.

Easy access. Clean rooms and lobby.

Breakfast: I know accommodations for diets are hard but having a gluten free carb option would be good thing. Rice Krispies, cheerios or oatmeal would be an easy option to have. There was nothing available on the carb side of breakfast for gluten free folks.

They had multiple amenities for kids and the breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice.

Chlorine levels were too high. My child broke out with a rash after 4 hours in the water park. The air quality in the water park was not good at all either. I noticed the worst of it when you were in the middle of the park. If you stayed in the outer areas for seating you could breathe and not have it irritated your eyes. I think if they lower the chlorine levels and have better ventilation then it would be more enjoyable to be in there.

Waterpark was a lot of fun and the lifeguards weren't yelling at every little kid etc.

The waterpark was a little too dark. There wasn't a do not disturb sign, or a way to tell the cleaning ladies that we didn't need the extra service as we are pretty clean people and it would have saved them time etc.

Breakfast was great, there was a lot of variety. The ladies working were wonderful!

The poolside bar and lounge had great food & drinks. I just wish they would have posted their hours as they were a bit different than the actual pool hours. However, the staff working the bar and kitchen were so kind and very nice.

The staff was very helpful. The facility was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was great! The Waterpark was really fun!

The staff were awesome and very accommodating.

There were several water features broken and didn't work. Somethings were rusty. The breakfast was just ok, not very kid friendly.

I enjoyed the spa pool, bar, and grill. Breakfast was so awesome. The double queen room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Laser tag was a hit.

I didn't like how the bar and grill closed so early.

Waterpark was nice. Concessions staff in pool area was accommodating. Front desk was nice and listened. Took action when needed (see ☹️). Location was great for our attraction destinations. After asking for things for breakfast, such as refilling, they did.

Life guards were on their phones. Most didn't follow the safety rules. Sour milk for breakfast the first day but was fixed the second day. I wasn't told about the form for housekeeping upon my arrival so had to call the front desk. Housekeeping came right away, were very nice, and gave us extra garbage bags.
