Noemi, Salvo and Lorenza made our stay special. Very kind and always welcoming, willing to chat and share tips on beaches and towns to visit. The B&B was recently opened. There’s a high attention to the detail and a strong level of cleanliness, with a nice mix of modern/old furnitures adding a pleasant touch of Sicilian style. Our room was on the ground floor, facing the backyard, with comfy bedroom and a little fridge available. Spacious enough for 2, the service was provided daily with possibility to request daily free bathroom linen change. A/C is also installed. Breakfasts are served on the top floor, with view on Avola. Delicious food, with a good variety of local sweets (cannoli, almond pudding, croissants with ricotta/pistacchio), homemade cakes and fresh fruit. Salty options also available. Coffees prepared by the staff with the machine. Filtered water available for free in the kitchen. Free parking available in front of the B&B or in the nearby square. Fast charging station at 5 min walk, for those driving on EV. Possibility to borrow (for free) ices and cold bags. Every room is equipped with a beach umbrella, useful for plane travelers.

Location was great; hospitality of owners was wonderful; accommodation was beautifully decorated and prepared for our stay; bed was comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Naomi’s breakfasts were wonderful - she even tailor made our coffees! Salvatore gave us some terrific recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The venue also provided beach chairs and sun umbrellas which was so handy.

It’s hard to find any faults. One thing we did struggle with was the air conditioning in the rooms as it was quite warm during our stay and the room stayed warm. But this is a minor issue.

The room was very clean and cozy, the staff is very welcoming and flexible - suggested room change in case we didn't like the booked on. The terrace in the hotel is charming and provides nice views, there's also a shared kitchen that we used for snack prep. ~15-20 min walk to Pantanello beach; also there's a beach umbrella in the hotel room :) Perfect stay for several days!

This is gorgeous house is run by a host and his wife. They are generous and welcoming. The whole house is tastefully decorated. The Architecture of the place is also unbelievable! The room was very nice and clean, and the whole property is super relaxing. I recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Amazing B&B, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Salvatore and Noemi are very friendly and attentive hosts. The breakfast was great (sweet and savory) and included self made cakes as well as local products to try (for example almonds from Avola and local mulberries). Parking was easy and free on the streets around the B&B.

I liked the staff, the cleaning, big rooms, all is new.

I staied in the room located at the ground floor on the side with the street and it was a litle bit noisy. So if you are problem with sleep, don’t book this room. The staff was nice and tried to find a solution for us, but all the rooms was book in that period.

Noemi and Salvatore were at our disposal for everything and they created a very comfortable atmosphere for us. We truly appreciate their effort for it. The breakfast prepared by Noemi was exceptional. Better than many many hotels we stayed that were rated better

We enjoyed the friendly and courteous way we were welcomed and how the owner and staff treated us throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very well equipped and very clean. They even had a parasol for the beach in the room. The breakfast was delicious and is freshly prepared every morning. It contained everything one could wish for, like fresh fruits, local cheese and sausages, yogurt, jam and of course some sweets specialities. We really felt like home! Avola offers beautiful small to medium sized sandy beaches. The city is the perfect starting point for visits to the famous cities of Noto, Syracuse, Modica and Ragusa, as well as the back country.

The room was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated-- loved the two balconies! The location was ideal to day trip to Noto, Marzamemi, Modica, Ragusa..The town of Avola has a beautiful beach as well and is a very comfortable and safe town. Most importantly, the hosts Noemi and Salvatore were genuinely hospitable -- the best hosts we had the pleasure of meeting in a nine week tour of southern Italy . The breakfast was outstanding in all facets Noemis passion was clearly evident! We will go back every time we visit and encourage all readers to stay hete!

Hosts Salvatore and Noemi were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was exceptional with a good variety and the service was top notch. Would recommend staying here for easy access of Eastern Sicily.
