An exceptional experince, probably due to the staff. We started our bike ride of the the Sydostleden bike trail here. The hotel does not have dedicated secure bike parking but upgraded us to a larger room so we could store the bikes inside overnight. The facilities were great, the breakfast fantastic to start our trip and the cheerful, welcoming and helpful staff allowed us to refill our thermos with coffee from the breakfast room before we departed. Might be different in high season with more guests but for mid April 2024 the staff on reception made the start of our trip exceptional.

A comfortable bed and clean bathroom, those are for me the two most important things when it comes to staying in a hotel. This hotel had both. The breakfast was perfectly okay, the location was central and there was plenty of hotel parking. We had a minibus and there was no problem parking it.

Good location 5 minutes walk from the centre. Nice welcome and clean rooms with everything you needed. I had a single room which was spacious and quiet. Nice comfy bed and slept well.

Could have been more selection for breakfast but what was there was enough to fill you up and included in the price so good value

The included breakfast was very generous with a wide choice, in a pleasant dining area. The hotel was close to the main centrum (an easy walk), and everything was clean.

Close to city centre, great breakfast and clean place. I could also check in earlier which was a great help! Easy 24/7 access to tea/coffee and hot chocolate was a big plus too!

Room smaller than promised and no wardrobe but luckily we didn't have suitcases as we would struggle to fit them in the room

Good location, only 5 minutes walk to city centre along Kungsgatan. Our room was small, but comfortable. This hotel has a cozy vibe. Really enjoyed breakfast which had good choices, even though the only cooked item was boiled eggs. The layout of the breakfast room was excellent (3 different rooms, one with a TV, and small 2-seater tables which could easily be pushed together for groups). Free parking too (there is a driveway on Kungsgatan next to the hotel). The lady on reception was lovely.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Quiet location and easy walk into the town and lakeside and Church. Adequate breakfast options. Room was warm and clean and comfortable.

Only one night so all was good.

Small check-in time window

The location was perfect as only a few minutes from the central restaurant shopping area and about 15 minutes from the Vaxjosjon parkrun. The breakfast was superb with such a variety of food and plentiful. The room was spacious and comfortable for two friends.

I cannot think of anything.

The room I got was very cozy and comfortable, an absolute delight to stay in! :D

Honestly, the only thing that would be nice is to have more breakfast choices!
