Location, area and surroundings. Lake and access to the bathing area/bridge. Room was fine. Staff was friendly.

Restaurant and food. E.g. No drinkscard, the waiters seemed not to know what drinks, wine or beers they had. The restaurant owners only had it since 1/4-25 so hope it will be better.

We read poor reports on-line so were anxious that we had made a mistake booking. However everything we experienced was exceptional - the room, bathroom, breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. A gem of a location right on the lake in a National Forest. We hadn’t booked dinner so can’t comment on that, but food for breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Unfortunately since it low season the restaurant was not open. Otherwise they have excellent food and service. Fyi for off season you need to book in advance for 10 people for dinner. This is to ensure you get a proper dinner experience. My guess is some exceptions can be made. If you have a group with you, it's truly a great place to visit and eat. My favorite place in the region. Even if you have a smaller group during off season, Älmhult is close by for dinner. I recommend this place always.

No ac. Couldn't keep window open due to cigarette smoke close to entrance. Only takes card for purchase. GOD Bless it I mainly use cash. Rocks are sharp in lake. Get water shoes.

Incredible! What a place! We ate at the restaurant, food was basic but very good. Breakfast was good including everything we needed. Room was BIG, bathroom was clean also quite big. Very good value for the money. Highly recommend even this place is little bit remote.

It was a little empty because I don’t think the season has really started yet. The restaurant wasn’t really available for dinner. (We could’ve had a lamb dinner but I really do not like lamb). But the chef made a great suggestion for eating in town

Location was absolutely stunning! Wonderful view and hiking trails. The sauna is a MUST to try:-D Extremely kind and helpfull staff. Low key and feels like home:-) And an amazing breakfast buffet!

Plenty of parking space. Easy to reach. Super breakfast with eggs, bacon, yoghurt, bread, müsli, juice etc. Super sauna on the lake. Small fee to use but it is worth of every euro.

I could not get an invoice during my stay, contacting the property or Booking.com is impossible via the website. The property promised to send the invoice via email, this never happened. I suspect tax fraud....

Location, tranquility and a fabulous terrace with park and lake view. Great staff. Nice room in annex with partial lake view.

Breakfast quite basic. Outdoor maintenance could be better. No access to facilities in main building due to upcoming wedding.
