Excellent location

Unfortunately since it low season the restaurant was not open. Otherwise they have excellent food and service. Fyi for off season you need to book in advance for 10 people for dinner. This is to ensure you get a proper dinner experience. My guess is some exceptions can be made. If you have a group with you, it's truly a great place to visit and eat. My favorite place in the region. Even if you have a smaller group during off season, Älmhult is close by for dinner. I recommend this place always.

It was a little empty because I don’t think the season has really started yet. The restaurant wasn’t really available for dinner. (We could’ve had a lamb dinner but I really do not like lamb). But the chef made a great suggestion for eating in town

Location was absolutely stunning! Wonderful view and hiking trails. The sauna is a MUST to try:-D Extremely kind and helpfull staff. Low key and feels like home:-) And an amazing breakfast buffet!

Good place to sleep.

I could not get an invoice during my stay, contacting the property or Booking.com is impossible via the website. The property promised to send the invoice via email, this never happened. I suspect tax fraud....

Location, tranquility and a fabulous terrace with park and lake view. Great staff. Nice room in annex with partial lake view.

Breakfast quite basic. Outdoor maintenance could be better. No access to facilities in main building due to upcoming wedding.

Enchanting and peaceful location at a beautiful lake and forest. Next to an art gallery with a restaurant, and a lovely garden with a café. Charming historic buildings in great condition with an elegant lounge. Delicious breakfast with a nice lake view. Wonderful staff. Very clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed.

Fabulous and creative chef! Lovely service from the receptionist/waitress Emma. Sauna on the lake which was wonderful. Amazing breakfast buffet with homemade pancakes and granola. Special catering for allergies and food preferences

Poor service and flexibility from an older waitress

Friendly staff and very relaxed atmosphere made for a welcoming feel, especially appreciated after i had done a 200km cycle to get there. Beautiful views over the lake and I loved the dinner menu. Great spread at the breakfast table too. Good quality coffee too, so it’s a thumbs up from me.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Really nice breakfast. Super clean rooms, a lot of space. Free parking. Lovely place for a relaxing weekend. Friendly staff, recommend to book dinner!

Personal opinion: bed mattress are too soft

Gorgeous villa standing on the lake shore next to the nature reserve. Nicely restored and well-kept, they have their own garden and amazing restaurant (better book a dinner beforehand, it is popular). The suite with a lake view is stunning.
