Room was big and comfortable for our family. The open shelving/wardrobe. The simple and fresh decoration of the bathroom. The reception area with coffee and game table was really a big hit; the same with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast had a lot of variety; especially appreciated for the sake of my daughter who is very picky with food.

I think it would be good to refreshen up at least some parts of the hotel for example the pool and jacuzzi area, the walls and doors where there were broken or worn out parts. I dont know if it was possible to heat the pool; it was a bit on the colder side.

Centrally located, nice and spacious room, great breakfast buffet. Friendly and professional staff. We lost our TV remote and the staff quickly brought us a spare, even though they were swamped. The hotel has a small gym, nice pool, jacuzzi and a lovely sauna.

We picked the hotel largely because of their supposed spa and relaxation area. The weather had turned and we arrived soaked from cold and heavy rain. However, despite reserving an hour in the spa, it was overwhelmed with other travelers, many who did not respect their allotted time slot. I loved seeing the kids enjoy themselves play and horse around after hours in the car, however, it was not a relaxing space as advertised.

The front desk staff was amazing and extremely helpful. On top of that, I have never had or seen a breakfast buffet with so many choices! It was outstanding and came with the booking. No extra fee. 😋❤️❤️

Swimming pool tiles were slippery. It might be an idea to treat them with anti-slip material.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel - honestly one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Staff were so friendly and helpful! We booked a family room but was more like a suite with loads of space. Wonderful bathroom facilities with an amazing waterfall shower. My kids loved playing Shufl in the reception area and the free tea/coffee/muffins and popcorn was just a fantastic bonus. Only stayed one night unfortunately - would've loved to have stayed longer but would definitely want to return should we ever head back to Växjö.

My room (632). That the staff helped me to keep the same room throughout the stay even though I had two separate bookings. Breakfast.

I checked out the pool section but it didn't feel so tempting. Some work could be done to improve the ambiance.

Just in for one night so not much to say. free coffee helpful staff and they had a shuffle table which people could play on. great location for walking into town and only 20 mins from the lake.

No real bar and due to the holidays the restaurant was closed for lunch

Big room, comfortable bed, very rich breakfast, good location, nice common area, free coffee all day long, central location, close to shops and some restaurants. There is also a small gym and a sauna. Fair price for Swedish standards. I also liked that the receptionist asked me for feedback when I left.

The decoration of the room was a bit old-fashioned and "cold", the wi-fi in the gym was very slow. The breakfast is served only until 9 am.

Nice and clean room, helpful staff, delicious breakfast and nice atmosphere overall. Staff helped with accidentally left personal belongings and the communication was brilliant!

A little bit to hot in the room despite air conditioning.

Very friendly and supportive from the staff from the start. The team responded promptly to questions from booking online to a friendly manner when we checked in. The room was a great size, cleans and tidy with a lovely bathroom. The requested travel cot was already constructed in the room upon check in, which was a nice change to normal. good selection of breakfast and no problem with check out. A lovely and peaceful stay, just wished we could have stayed longer.

We ,had fantastic nights stay at hotel, we really like it &,will book again in future.. My Family enjoyed at kids playing area, Breakfast buffet was really exceptional 👍👍👍..

Pool area was very conjusted and over crowded. Even chlorine smell was,to much inside, we couldn't get in there.
