The staff ladies were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wish I'd been prepared for the pool! That was a plus. Maybe next time. Location was great. Didn't get to try breakfast. A nice walking trail ran along the property in front.
I'm a senior and would have liked brighter lighting in room lamps. Ice from the ice machine left particles in the bucket that I could see after ice melted.

I liked the central location. And my family enjoyed the indoor pool. Everything was clean and restful. Everything was enjoyable.
My family wishes the pool was slightly warmer. But all in all, everything was wonderful.

Staff was great. There were a few things that could be updated; caulk around the tub, outlets, small things that just make big difference in how people see things. My door knob did have a catch in it, but the staff was so friendly and helpful we over looked the little things.

We loved location the people staff
The comforter on our bed had holes in it the stuffing was coming out no new towels in room after second night breakfast was good coffee was the best ever , our room could have been cleaner in the rest room the toilet seat was about to come off and pinch my leg

Noticed not just our door but others too, you could see light where the frames weren’t squared. Also carpet was pulled up by door because door wasn’t square.

If I had to dig deep for something, it would be the absence of hard boiled eggs for breakfast :-)
