Breakfast was really nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was wide and nice.

The heater is making a lot of noise. The standing lamp didn't work. The massage center was a total disappointment, it was barely a massage but more like just random light touches on the skin and felt like a total rip off for that price. I gave this feedback to receptionist directly after the massage (because she asked) and she ignored what I said and didn't even respond. The sauna room is not bad but also not super nice. The water bottle was empty, there were a lot of used glasses around. It didn't feel clean. I also didn't like the fact that they charge the bikes for a whole day price even if you rent them only for a couple of hours.

On a personal note: the stay was for work - late check-in and very early checkout - hardly time to enjoy the suite and hotel; and the weather didn't help either. Obviously nothing to do with the hotel. On a more practical note: the suite has a beautiful jacuzzi - but you have to be very intimate with the person you are sharing the room with, as the bathroom (mind you: separate toilet) opens up to the bedroom. Room with a view one might say. And that also goes when using the shower - which is over the jacuzzi. Getting in and out can be hazardous - you have to be agile.

Some bedrooms have no window. Could use some maintenance here and there (some broken/damaged furniture in the room, rusty radiator) but this is an aging thing, still overall it was a well cleaned room. While the breakfast was good, it was presented a bit messy; such as rotten fruit still laying around.

Great location, walking distance from the heart of West-Terschelling where all the shops and restaurants can be found. Our seafront “studio” had a wonderful view on the marina. The restaurant was very nice, we are well and the personnel was very friendly. We could rent bikes and store them in the garage.

That we could see the sunrise from the room, and the fact that there are more attractions like bowling, sauna, and swimming pool. Breakfast has a lot of options!

The pillows, which are either too big/tall or too hard. Could not sleep well because of that.

Very customer focussed staff (this is rare in the Netherlands). Rooms were lovely -Westcord has done really well to modernise an old building. Food in the restaurant was fabulous.

Only lamps for lighting. No central light from the ceiling. I realise that this is normal in the Netherlands.

Everything was as expected. Stayed here several times before.

The cups in the room smelt as though they had been washed with disinfectant - maybe same cloth used as is used to clean toilet...

The rooms were very clan and I had bathtub. I especially liked the corridors with different animals next to every door. There‘s a nice view from the restaurant. The receptionist offered breakfast for take away as I had to leave before 7 am.

Staff extremely friendly clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

Very Minor thing- reminder or provision of slippers/flip flops if booking sauna which was fabulous

Comfortable, clean , well appointed rooms. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff and a super restaurant. Will definitely be back next time I'm on Terschelling.
