The hotel is in a beautiful old building with wonderfully modern and upgraded rooms. The incredible location is central to every thing and I loved the fact that you can easily walk around to find what you want. I will stay here again! Just a note, to check in you have to walk just down the way to check in at another hotel, super easy and staff was really kind.

Good luck finding parking, took an hour of driving around before I found a spot; however, I did come during a festival that I was unaware of so that might have been a factor.

We stayed on the top floor in a room overlooking the canal and watched boats go in and out. I love this hotel. Its modern, clean and feels like you're staying in a piece of history with modern and unique touches. The town is easily walkable, breakfast can be in the hotel down the street or around the corner. If you're ever in the North, this spot is perfection.

Great, individually furnished room in a fantastic location. Our room was on the ground floor. However, since it faced the quiet side of the street, it was a wonderful overnight stay right in the center of town.

The location and the view of the channel were great at this place. For the check in and check out, everything was super easy. The room has great space and is very comfortable.

I believe that the price is a bit excessive. the place looks very nice and it has the things you need, but still, for a city the size of Harlingen, it is much.

It was a lovely hotel and the room was lovely.

Our only complaint would be that we disturbed by other guests waiting for the lift and using the stairs. Their chatter could be heard loudly in our room.

Loved being in the centre of the town & very close to the boat for Terschelling. Very impressed with the interior design. Easy access to the room. Coming from Australia it was a treat to be in a beautiful Dutch house especially the front facade.

Not all rooms are the same, not possible to select which room you get. We ended up in a room without windows, while the pictures on Booking.com only show rooms with window-view on the canal.

we stayed here four years ago and it’s an excellent location for a foodie weekend in Harlingen or exploring North Friesland and the Islands.
