The apartment was spacious with all the basic amenities, toiletries and kitchen utensils provided. The staff was very courteous and ensured full privacy. Though didn't get much time to spent in the roof top open area, it is good enough for a small group to hang out under the sky. The food was also good and tasty, with a fast service.

The provided smart TV wasn't smart enough. It wasn't functioning properly and wasn't able to stream YouTube though the app was showing on the TV. Also, the fence dividing the balcony space could have been better designed to ensure full privacy from the neighbours.

I really enjoyed my stay at ZEN Studios. I was looking for a place to hide away for two days that had air conditioning and lots of space and this was the right place for that. The room was beautiful and big, lots of space for me to work on my computer and eat. I ordered room service and I was immediately happy with my masala chai. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked great. The gym is small and simple but sufficient and the common area looked nice. I basically spent my whole time in my room and I couldn't be happier. There was some natural light as well, and if it wasn't so hot I would have sat on the balcony as well. Absolutely would stay there again.

I don't think the location is ideal in terms of being close to sightseeing locations, but tuk tuks are everywhere so it wouldn't be hard to get to where you need to go.

This was one of the best long term stays I've had. I particularly booked for a studio apartment as my stay was 15 days long. They clean your space every other day or so, if you are someone who is looking to cook your meals, the kitchen comes with all sorts of utensils and an induction cooktop, Microwave, Refrigerator, etc. There is a laundry area set up with a good quality washer and dryer. There is no time of entry or exit once you're in, i used to go to work for my night shift job. It's well maintained, and full of approachable staff. They even take care of your needs by creating individual WhatsApp groups with all required staff before you check in. Thanks, Team! Appreciate it.

I'm good. They did a great job. I would've liked to have informed about separate electricity bills before i came in. I understand it was mentioned in the Terms and conditions, but highlighting that would see the right expectation. Also, there was one shelf that looked like it was about to fall off, informed them about it, the same day or day after I checked in. Said they'd fix it soon, did not happen though.

The staff at the property was quite friendly and responsive. The rooms were quite spacious and had all the facilities, including heating plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery. Overall, the property seemed to be well maintained. When food was ordered, it came promptly and one did not need to remind them.

1. Toilets could have been cleaned better (when I checked into the room, I found some stains on the rim of the pot) 2. They should provide tea bags/ coffee sachets/ milk powder sachets in the room, as well as hand tissues 3. They should automatically replace the soap and toileteries on daily basis 4. One had to order food, including breakfast, into the room. A common dining area can be considered in future.

I was sceptical about booking a hotel in Delhi as I found a lot of fake reviews, but ZEN Studios was a pleasant surprise. The staff are all extremely friendly and go out of their way to help. Room is clean and tidy. Bed is a queen size. TV in the room. Good location for airport stopovers. The area is a 3 to 5 minute tuk tuk ride to Ambience Mall, which is a big modern shopping centre that has a whole level dedicated for restaurants and take out (we went to Daryaganj Restaurant and was amazing and authentic). You could walk to Ambience Mall during the day, but the staff recommended to get a ride, as the main road is very busy. It's close to airport.

The men @reception on arrival were great, happy and enthusiastic along with fast check in process. I arrived @11.45am and l was in the room at 12.30pm = 90mins earlier than normal check in time which was great. The King Studio was comfortable and everything l needed with plenty of bench space to put all my gear. The kitchen and appliances were great with a great layout. Nice balcony, hot water and great TV channels. The Gym room is simple tho useful and there is an excellent pool table and table tennis table. There’s a free laundry upstairs with 3x modern washing machines and dryers which came in handy. It’s a nice area on the rooftop to have breakfast and evening drinks. Great Modern establishment which has very good up keep and a little restaurant with great meals which you can order from your room

I was planning to check out at 4am to catch my flight but couldn't because no one was at the reception at that time. The gate was closed, too. It took me a few calls and a few messages to get someone to come down and check me out. Took 25 minutes which I didn't appreciate. Spoiler alert, I notified the staff I'd be checking out early the night before.

We loved our stay! It matches European standards. Studio was spacious and clean. Clean towels, bedsheets. No weird smells or stains. No insects. Staff is friendly and willing to help. They bring everything super fast.

The hallway is a bit noisy because of the echo. We also heard noise and conversations from other rooms around/above us. Especially in the night when you are trying to sleep you can hear people talking. It is good to make guests alert that they need to keep this in mind when walking in the hallway after a certain time.
