In Buffett breakfast area only one staff was there. He appeared new and clueless When asked for some hot poori , he went to get them and later instead of serving to the person who was waiting, put in the common bowl. Other guests ,who weren’t aware of the pre order,took that away. Staff , when asked, wasn’t even aware that he had to prioritise the pre order. Thought it wasn’t his fault but if the management to have not trained him

Reception desk' staff was awesome, Also all staff was also so helpful. We check in late night it's very comfortable....Food, service and there staff behaviour was everything was good. I personally willing to visit here again.

It is a new property. Maintained well in all aspects. Since I had an early morning morning hence no idea about the breakfast but I took dinner. Food was excellent and service too.

Wifi was not working as hotel staff told that some technical issue occurred from the service provider. It was my one day stay only hence no idea further overall all things were working fine.

Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

Hotel embience was nice and staff are very good and front desk staff Mr Ajeet are very professional person on Front desk they known very well how to deal the guest and they accommodate great at a time of check out also

Very good stay

The breakfast buffet spread was good. Taste very excellent. The rooms were very clean and the staff extremely courteous and helpful.

While I understand its a new Hotel and they are still in the process of adding things, the earliest they can do is to add a Lunch & Dinner facilities

The staff was very cooperative & well groomed with warm greetings on arrival. Assisted proactively during checking and nice service as well. Enjoyed a lot.

The room including washroom was neat & clean with comfortable bedding, mattress & pillows and the reception area was nice & impressive & worth staying.

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

It's a new hotel. Pretty clean and tip top. What we liked most is the aesthetic reception area. Breakfast spread is limited but tasty and hygienic

Bed size, Expected hotel staff to be better informed about sight seeing options
