The air con was welcome once it was on. Comfy bed and good size bathroom. Easy check in and out. Useful messaging service to contact the staff. The location was good with some nice restaurants and shops nearby.

How to turn on the air con was confusing - I had to message the reception team. The sink in the bathroom was not practical and the fold out beds for the children created a small gap to walk between them and the double bed. My eldest did bump his head on the corner. The parking garage was hard to locate on arrival and it turned out we needed to get the room key before we could use it in any case. There did t seem to be a clearly marked bay to park in whist doing this.

Good locations – in the centre of very nice town, a lot of Swarzwald sights are available with car. Breakfast is sufficient, not a lot of variety, but it was quite tasty.

Very strange decision to instal sink in the room, and there was no even glass for toothbrush, which is strange for the hotel rated with 4 stars. Beds are rough, and it is impossible to sleep with opened windows as there is a big parking in front of hotel

Great central location, wonderful breakfast and decent room size.

There was construction on the first floor during my visit. Luckily, the noise level was tolerable, but construction vans were blocking the hotel entrance for arriving guests with cars multiple times. Also, a hotel of this size should ideally have two elevators rather than just one.

Quick check-in, Good matrasses and pillows. Nice room with a lot of storing space and a good chair to sit. Easy parking in own garage. Great breakfast and very close to shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. When you have an appointment at Häfele, this is the best place to spend the night.

Shower was in the bathtub. That's not my preference, but is OK. However a better shower head would have been nice.

This is NOT what you think of when you hear Ibis. It was superb. Clean, amazing Gin and Whiskey selection. Solid breakfast. comfortable rooms.

elevator was a bit slow. Nothing more to say was bad.

We had a suite and it was lovely overlooking the little river and the castle up on the hill. Spacious suite and very comfy beds. Breakfast is a must and the quality of the different foods as well as the service are excellent. Location is prime, right in the heart of the city. Our car was parked in the parking spot, great light and very safe.

We liked everything

Location was brilliant, staff very friendly. Breakfast variety and atmosphere exceptional. We liked the wash basin outside the bathroom.

We thought the price was too high for the small twin room we had. Washbasin outside the bathroom was good but as the room was small it was too close to the bed. The door was literally just behind the bed. The double room was bigger for the same price and I think there should have been a difference.

The rooms are equipped really neat and organized . Each sq meter is well thought and efficient used. The breakfast was amazing and local, drinks were available all the time at lobby. It’s rooftop sauna shouldn’t be missed as well. The staff were really friendly , we couldn’t skip a day without chatting with them.
