The owner was exceptionally gracious, allowing us to check in early at no additional charge. Our room was well-equipped with a fan, iron, and kettle, which added to our comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the room size was quite generous. We also enjoyed complimentary tea and coffee in the dining area, which was a nice touch!

The hotel is situated in a semi-industrial area, which may not offer the most scenic surroundings. While parking is available, there is an additional fee. One downside was the lack of ventilation in the room; to enjoy fresh air, you will need to open the window.

The personal was very kind and professional. The beds were excellent and the shower was hot and with lots of pressure. I felt welcome and at home for one night. Breakfast was better than most business hotels with lots of fresh fruits and berries.

I actually enjoyed the complete stay in this hotel. I can not find one negative thing I need to share!

Please keep one more tag in the room saying Room cleaning so that cleaning can be done for the room. I could find only the Tag with Do not Disturb and when I kept the tag other way round outside the doors, Cleaning for the room was not done. But apart from this everthing was good.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of room, spacious, quiet. It also has a small bar area outside with a large TV and a vending machine.

The price is high, maybe because of a trade show and the euro cup during that time. The reception may close early on Sunday afternoon. If you did notice in advance it might be inconvenient in case you need additional assistance.

The place is very pleasant. It is well-decorated, the staff was lovely and responsive, and it was all very clean and welcoming.

I understand this may simply be an element of German culture and the complaint merely a personal preference, but I felt as though the bedding was too small for the bed. Every time I rolled over in my sleep my legs slipped out the covers and I would wake up. I recommend larger duvets on the beds.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is great: there is good choice of fruit, bakery, cheeses, juices, etc. Location is about 10 minutes of walk from the S-Bahn station Hulb. Though the surroundings are very dull: it's all mechanical workshops and shops of used cars. Bathroom is big and recently renovated.

Air conditioning is not great. On a hot summer night it is hard to fall asleep. Bed is a bit hard. The worst is the smell of either synthetic carpets or cleaning liquids which is hard to get used to.

1) WIFI connection was constantly interrupted. This happened on several devices. 2) Staircase and corridors were heavily perfumed. 3) TV did not allow wireless connection to external devices (cell phone, tablet, etc.).

Location, good price for this value, clean, great and kind staff, good breakfast with lots of variety of foods for reasonable price
