The staff in this hotel was beyond any expectations. Specially Francescca. I made the reservation for my parents and they were treated like royalty. My sister also lost an airpod in the hotel and they were sooo helpful and find it. The rooms were also big, super clean and confortable. The cleaning staff was also very nice and helpful. Thank you to the team for having offer such a wonderful stay.

The hotel hall walls are a little dirty and the elevator smells a little funny, but that was not a big deal breaker. The rooms were very clean so I can't really complain

Breakfast is very nice consisting of lots of various options for drinks and for foods. Very large window of breakfast time will be suitable for various visiting purposes. Reception is working 24/7 and will always help in any given occasion. Also there is free coffee/tea available in lobby as well as snacks bar, where different snacks can be purchased. Room cleaning is on daily basis, which sometimes seems to much, but I was fine with it as I spend majority of time working outside hotel. Nearby is 2 grocery shops and restaurant, which works till 23:00 and serves all kind of food from European to Asian cuisine.

The room is spacious large enough for 2 adults and 1 child and there are kitchen utensils and pots also perfect for cooking. Breakfast that we availed also is very good, a lot of choices and there is free coffee or hot drinks 24 hours open. Staffs are friendly and supportive.

There is no complimentary water in the room. Wifi is quite slow.

Rooms with good space and well equipped with TV, air-conditioning, sofa and of course a small kitchen. If something missing there is also a shared kitchen better equipped on the ground floor. They also offer a free coffee machine in the entrance hall. You can also borrow a bike for free. It saved me few times when I was running late. Despite being at 30 min walking distance from the city centre, there are at least 5 different options of buses passing nearby the hotel going to Böblingen ZOB. Staff service is also really friendly. I recommend.

The bike service is a such good idea, however the bikes I used needed maintenance: the tires were flat, the brakes squeaked and the headlights didn't work.

The room is big and has a lot of space for the bags.

It would be nice to have a TV with Netflix. I liked that there is a room service every day to change the towels and to remove the trash but it would be very nice to have the room’s floor cleaned as well, since the it has a kitchen.

The hotel is really new and nice. Every apartment had a kitchen, where we could prepare our breakfast. There is also free coffee in the lobby.

The locatio is in an industry zone, so not much to do, but the S-Bhan is 15min walking away and the store to buy food is near.

Cleanliness was superior. Also, and probably most important the staff was great and very flexible - huge thanks for that.

Location is a bit far from the city centre, but that was known in advance.

Everything about this facility is great. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel around this area. Free and nice coffee machine, modern kitchen with up to date utensil. A large parking lodge and a great space for kids. This hotel is great. Above all, they have a very friendly staff always ready to assist.

I liked everything

The apartment was nice and mostly everything needed was in the kitchen. No complaints about the actual hotel.

Apart from supermarkets across the street, there is nothing in the area and a bit of a journey to the train station area of town if you are going there frequently.

Great concept, perfect for an extended business trip. Choose the restaurant or pop across to the supermarket and then cook yourself whatever you want in your well equipped kitchen. I have stayed in hotels before that advertise cooking facilities in the rooms, if you can count a microwave, toaster and kettle as a kitchen. This hotel has a real kitchen and utensils in each room. The choice is yours👍
