This hotel was close to the U staion Stadtbibliothek U6 line. A little less than10 mins away. But importantly it is on the U6 line which is direct from the airport. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The hotel is also in a fairly quiet location for any external noise.

I think my experience of breakfast could have been better. Whilst I was not last, I believe the initial rush was over and so some plates had little or no selection which was disappointing. The range and selection was a little limited across the fruit juice, eggs (boiled) cold meat and cheese plus fairly standard & limited bread choices. So it was fine but not, for me, special.

I asked for a late minute request regarding the carpet (I wanted a room without it) and they did it. The bed was comfy, the room relatively clean. Breakfast was simple.

Room cleaning service was upon request, There were a couple of things in the room that were old or defect (like some handles in the bathroom or the shower cabin)

Good location, not too far from the main train station, well connected to the city center by several metros. Rooms offer everything necessary, calm green space to be seen through my window.

Soap and coffee were empty, eggs at breakfast were cold, no oat or other plant milk

Kind, courteous and efficient staff who went over and above the call of duty. Arrived for a major event when the town was full of people and intending to rush to the stadium. Managed very well. Room clean and functional. Real coffee in the room.

Entrance hard to locate

Plenty of room in the bedroom, and comfortable enough. Room was clean. Breakfast included. Staff were helpful.

Dirty table and ashtray on the balcony when we arrived. No hairdryer. Seemed to be short-staffed at times. Some noise from trains.

Great location, walkable to the train station and trams close by too. Took a while for check in but we were slightly early.

The bar being open before check in would have been helpful for us and many others waiting for check in.

Not so bad as written in some comments. Not dirty but old, breakfast was okay. It was okay to spend there a night.

A little bit old fashioned, but it is problem only for people who live in a dream about what is a hotel for

Room had everything you could want and more. Nice comfy bed and there was a good breakfast selection.

Was on the steeper side but maybe it was upped for the EUROs. As wasn’t an easy place to find

This hotel is value for money. They provide free coffee at the reception and the staff worked very efficiently. I was lucky to have a room with balcony. The facility was old but was well maintained. One station from Stuttgart Hbf but you can walk from there too. It has quiet neighbourhood so I could relax there.

I think that it was a special case but a cleaning staff forgot to take care of a bin box at my room. There was full of garbage in the bin box. Aside from that, everything was ok. Not so many restaurants or supermarkets nearby. It is better to finish meals or shopping at Hauptbahnhof.

The door from the shower cabinet didn’t close, the security box didn’t work. the walls are so thin I could hear the next room snoring
