Staff were super helpful and very willing to engage with us trying to speak French. Breakfasts were excellent with a good choice of food. The location was ideal - close enough to the town, yet far enough away from the bustle of the cafes. We didn’t use the hotel car park as there was plenty of safe parking in the side street. The bedside lighting was very versatile

We were disappointed with the size of our room, although the adjoining bathroom was quite spacious. Had we been staying for only one or two nights, we wouldn’t have minded this, but as we were there for a full week, we expected a larger room. We kept having to move out of each other’s way to get to the wardrobe. The toilet seat was too small. The original had obviously been replaced with a seat that did not fit.

Excellent location. very friendly helpful staff. We were a party of 7 on 6 motorcycles and stayed for two nights. The secure car park was a bonus and the bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all spoke good english. They helped us find a restaurant on the day of our arrival which was Bastille day. The rooms are a good size and bathrooms were very nice. Breakfast is extra but very good.

Lovely hotel,and wonderful staff. We turned up very early at 12.15 soaking wet (we were on a motorcycle) they gave us a room and dried all our clothing in a drying room. The room was very comfortable and clean. They even lent us an umbrella (as the rain didn't stop all day)so we could have a look around the town and have some dinner. There was secure parking , undercover at the rear of the hotel for our motorbike. A great hotel.

Lovely, family-run hotel in central Pontivy with easy walking distance of center. Stayed in gorgeous King Suite on ground floor with separate living area. Very quiet. Very comfortable. Huge walk in shower. Ample free parking right outside property. Hotel staff very welcoming and extremely helpful.

Continental breakfast very expensive at 15 Euros per person.

We had booked parking behind the gates of the property, which was important for us, and which we got. The staff made us feel very welcome and we received a friendly and personal service. All questions were answered to our satisfaction. They went the extra mile the next morning to allow an early getaway, to reach the ferry.

Really welcoming staff who looked after our needs. We were a group of four cyclists and the staff understood our need for secure bicycle storage. The hotel has en excellent secure lock up within the locked walled garden. Lovely clean hotel and very modern interior. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was a good French breakfast with plenty of choice. The location is good within walking distance of the town centre. Room was characterful; shower room was excellent; the loo was separate which is good.

Our only criticism was that the loo seat was a bit wonky and needed tightening up.

It was an all round great experience. From making the initial booking, and the subsequent correnspondence with the hotel, to the arrival, the easy check-in and the friendlyness we were greated with and the subsequent helpfulness regarding restaurants, to the easy 'check-out' at departure. Everything went very smoothly.

The hotel was a traditional French house five minutes walk from town. We used on street parking, which was safe and plentiful in the area. The hotel owners were friendly and helpful, providing useful information on restaurants and attractions. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was newly fitted with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was buffet style and included jomd made yoghurt and cake. The coffee was very good.

The weather had turned cold that week and the hotel was a little cold.

Nobody there until 2:00, noisy room if facing Ave National (we did) and breakfast food was really mediocre.
