The dinner, breakfast was quite nice and the view from the restaurant area is quite amazing. The food has some amazinf taste and people visiting from South Asia will not be disappointed. It would be good that besides chutneys, pickles are also served which go very well with parathas. However, they could have a better bar area with a fireplace like a lounge and not just a counter from where drinks are served.

The desserts - a lot of work is required and needs massive improvement. For example, the chocolate cake is not good with the cake very grainy and doesnt have the decadance that it should have. Same with the Tiramisu - if someone has never had tiramisu in their lives and orders what is given as a Tiramisu, they will never order Tiramisu again. The dessert chef should really get some training or should be replaced by a chef who can actually whip up some nice desserts. Also, variety in desserts is recommended like moose, tarts etc,

Our Cottage was located in the best location on the property. We even had small dive pool just outside the cottage. The rooms are furnished with beautiful furnitures and the bed was comfortable. Its very quiet at night which is perfect for people looking to escape the noises in the city. We loved every bit of our stay there We are definately coming back soon!

The Hot Tub needs abit of scrubbing .The access road from the main road to the Lodge is very stony and bumpy.

Very nice rustic cabins, nice grounds, on-site walking tour was good and restaurant buffet and breakfast was very good with a fantastic view on the veranda.

The gates to the hills were shut in the morning and you would have to pay the guide to see the sunrise over the lake or go for a night walk to spot chameleons. Description of the property is misleading - it is located 1km from the lake and you cannot see it from the villa we were allocated. Maybe the other villas have a view but this will be from quite some distance.

It was a pleasant surprise, it shows the experience of the management and care for details. The location is comprised with cabins with separated rooms. You pay for a room and you´ll share a common space in the cabin, such as the entrance and the TV space. The lodge is in a remote area, and even so, wifi was working very well. Food is very good and abundant. Staff is very welcoming, doing their best, even the young people under training. We will certainly come back if we are doing more visits to the parks in the region.

We would have liked to read about the interesting fauna and birds in the location, and about the history of the lodge.

We had a large room/cottage which was great for our family; the style is a little dark but comes across friendly. The menu options were perfect and there was sufficient room for our kids to play and roam around safely.

It would have been great if escort to the cottage was included. At dark our cottage was relatively far (5 minute walk) to reach on dark paths. A little bit more lightning and closer proximity to others would have made us feel more safe at night.

A lovely relaxing place to stay away from it all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a lovely place to relax. Some of the food was freshly cooked to order.

We didn't have a car/driver so it was difficult to find and get to. The hotel did organise a boat trip with a really good guide on the local lake and also a cycle trip to Hells Gate for us. The lodge is definitely aimed at people on organised safari's or with their own transport. The food was ok, but buffet style and fairly international.

Quiet private cabins. Beautiful grounds, amazing views on short hike on property. Wonderful meals. Pleasant opportunities during dinner to meet other travelers. Newr to great boat tours. Aiden took us on a great hike

Online photos really don't tell the story well. We were uncertain at first about booking. The photos are nice but don't captures tye whole room or cabin settings. This place is a real winner!

We loved the pool and the view. The cottage was lovely and we loved that none of them overlooked each other so it felt very private. The staff were all amazing, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

The roads/driveway up to it were rough, which we weren’t prepared for.

Serene and beautiful view.Plenty of space to walk around.We also enjoyed the nature walk. Very courteous and friendly staff right from reception to the waiters,Housekeeping and security.

Suggest to provide a can of doom in the cottages to keep away mosquitoes.

The food at the hotel was fantastic I will eat it anytime. The staff were very friendly and helpful at any given time The location of the hotel is just perfect and tests your car ability :)

The beds are a little bit small . I guess because of the type floor it felt dusty The possibility of sharing a cottage someone can be a turn off.
