The hotel as such was very good and professional. The food was excellent. The hotel was right on the street and was not difficult to locate.

The lake related activities were very far away from the hotel. There was NO VIEW from the room. In fact our room was surrounded by other rooms. We thought we would get some view of the lake or garden or street or anything. They said the lake is too far and in any case higher floors do not have the the room type (twin bed) we reserved. Maybe, all twin bed rooms are surrounded by other rooms. So that was disappointing, given that it was the first day we were arriving from India.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and nicely presented. The breakfast buffet had a good choice and nothing to be ashamed of, compared to much more expensive hotels. The rooftop bar was great, with fantastic views. Overall, this hotel offered a lot for a very reasonable price, well below many others in Naivasha. Will certainly consider staying again.

The window of my room was onto the corridor, so no natural light. A strange solution. Also, there is a window above the room door just below the corridor light, which would go on every time somebody passed. Not really clear to me for what purpose this window was installed. The bathroom window, also towards the corridor, was impossible to lock, would need to be fixed. Hotel was not exactly quiet with a party late into the night and works starting already in the early morning. I still got a good night sleep.

Exceptional Stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hylise surpassed all expectations! The rooms were spotless and luxurious, the amenities top-notch and the staff incredibly friendly. Every detail, from the delicious dining to the beautifully decorated spaces was perfect. I highly recommend to anyone seeking a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable experience. I can’t wait to return!

Clean Polite & Friendly staff Breakfast the Best/ Enough selection Perfect Location - i was concerned that its too close to the main road but very silent.barely any road noise. I highly appreciate there hotels that still do client room check-in tours and luggage carry..Bravo

Can improve on paper work. Accountant to issue Receipts for payments made to bank without being followed up. this should be a standard especially when a customer has requested for documentations required by sponsoring orgn

Good rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was fabulous.

We were misled to believe that the drinks in the fridge were on the house then got charged as we checked out. Either let the customer know or just leave the fridge empty.

Everything about Hylise was above standard. The cleanliness was super, buffet meals was excellent, esp the breakfast. The staff were so friendly.

The Ala Carte selections are few and the continental dishes which I ordered was not up to the expectation.

The hotel rooms the facilities and design were top notch . The staff were exceptional too . I will recommend and revisit any given time

All was positive nothing to dislike . just work on the cable TV connectivity .
