The room itself is big. The bathroom and bedroom are both modern and clean. We had access to our own bathroom. Although we arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, we were still allowed in.

On arrival, the kitchen that is pictured on the website was full with dirty dishes, as were the countertops. The kitchen table had dirty napkins on it. The balcony and kitchen areas both were also used from the family renting the room. The nightstand had a can of ant spray, which was needed for an army of ants in the kitchen. The floors were filthy. Daily there were work shoes on the balcony and laundry hanging to dry. We felt as though we were imposing on their private living space when we were there. The WiFi signal was only available in the kitchen and on the balcony. In the bedroom was NO WiFi signal. We tried for two days to get this problem resolved (only over Whatsapp) because she was never available to come have a look. Same story with the coffee machine. After two cups of coffee, it stopped working. We had to wait until almost midnight (the second night) for her to come, to try to resolve these issues. She agreed to refund us the last two nights, so we could go to another place. We arranged a time for her to bring us coffee before we left, but as we loaded the car (30 minutes after the time we agreed on), she was also on her way out, no coffee in sight.There was no beakfast buffet, no hairdryer, and no TV as advertised. Karaoke in a bar 50 meters from the house could be heard until the early morning hours. Her children slamming doors as they got ready for school/work early in the morning were also included in the overpriced room. There are nice hotel rooms closer to the attractions that cost the same as the room at TO&GI, with a pool and a REAL breakfast buffet. A caveat to those considering staying here.
