The staff was amazing especially Sofia she was accommodating to my very need. I got there was very tired and couldn’t find the entrance as the sign to the entrance to hotel was facing the parking, she answered my call and made sure I found it!! She deserves 5 stars!. The rest of the staff was also great as they made sure I was comfortable. I also liked the stores next to the hotel.

The room was great but the beds need remodeling. I had 3 beds in my room and it was only me in the room. Breakfast was ok as the eggs were cold.

This is a good hotel not far from the airport. The surrounding area is an out of centre mixed residential and business area which appears a little rundown. Because of airline delays we were very late in arriving, fortunately we had a colleague who was there earlier and staff kept the doors open for our arrival after midnight. We did not eat at evening meal there but breakfast was good. We can recommend the gelataria next door and a good restaurant across the road, (sampled during our first visit to the hotel in 2022 and on our return to the hotel in preparation for our flight back to the UK. We had a really good view of vesuvius in the distance from our bedroom window at the front of the hotel.

Traffic noise from the main road but then this is Naples. Otherwise a good hotel as we passed through Naples.d

Picked this hotel for 1 night just to be near the airport. Pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this hotel. Probably often used for company meetings. Located in the suburbs of Napoli. Don’t expect nice views and big offer of restaurants in the neighbourhood. More pizzerias.

At booking I had looked for a hotel with airport shuttle. A bit surprised had to pay 35 € one way. (Taxis ask for 45 and +) So next time better look for FREE airport shuttle.

Rooms are clean, spacious and quite private. Automatic shutters are more effective at blocking out light and noise when trying to get a good night's sleep. The air cons works tremendously. Bathroom was okay. Breakfast was filling. There is also some handy shops next door and nearby if you want to stock up on snacks when visiting Naples. The gym was great although I only used it twice.

The WiFi was incredibly poor which meant I had to rely on my data for a 3 night stay. The other issue is the location. The hotel is a 45 min bus ride to napoli centrale, with the last bus leaving around 11pm. You can get an all day bus pass from the local tobacco shops which is in the cafe which is on your right when you exit the hotel. Taxis cost about 30 euro from hotel to napoli centrale.

The staff were unbelievably kind, professional, and helpful. There was an issue with the shuttle driver and the staff handled it wonderfully. The incredible woman at the front desk also found out I had a very early flight and had a breakfast bag sent to my room. I was truly blown away by the guest service and highly recommend this hotel for this reason.

Be wary of the shuttle the hotel provides. I imagine it was more expensive than a taxi, but I can’t be sure. €35 one way and €40 one way if it’s an odd hour. Additionally, I confirmed several times both with the hotel and the driver that credit cards were accepted, including when I got in the car. Upon arrival to the hotel, the driver tried to tell me his system has crashed and he could only take cash. I want to make it clear that the hotel handled this fabulously. They were incredible. I just wouldn’t take the shuttle again. As other have mentioned, the bed was not comfortable.

We stayed one night at this hotel as it was convenient to the airport. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. On arrival we asked for a quiet room not overlooking the main road and our request was accommodated. The range of food for the buffet breakfast was reasonable. It took 25 minutes to get to the airport due to rush hour traffic, so we were glad we stayed here and not in central Naples. There is a nice patisserie across the street and a supermarket 5 minutes walk away.

There was no kettle/tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the toilet seat was a little wonky.

Have stayed at this hotel three times now and would use it again. It is near the airport useful for us for an overnight between flights/travel. Staff are very helpful and waited up for us after long delays to flights.

Noise from the main road outside but then it is Naples.

The location close to the airport, the property was very clean and attractive. They made sure my taxi to the airport was on time. They made wonderful cappuccino, and across the street there was a  lovely Pizzeria, also a delightful delicious bakery, and gelato shop!!!

The bed could have been softer, but everything else was very good

Staff were very helpful and friendly and quick to reply on booking.com. Organised a taxi to and from airport and loaned me a travel adaptor because I didn't have one.

They advertise a shuttle service from the airport but don't offer one. It cost 35e each way for a 10 minute taxi journey which I wasn't expecting to pay.

We only spent one night before flying out the next day. It was located fairly conveniently to the airport. There was a nice cafe across the street and some nearby restaurants.

No complaints.
