The property is located in an industrial area just outside of the airport. It is a convenient 10 min taxi to the airport which the hotel kindly booked for us. The rooms were spacious and clean with air conditioning. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel was decorated beautifully and social areas were spotless. The pool was beautiful and perfect for children with a safe depth. Lovely living areas around the hotel and the pool. There is a small bar with snacks and drinks too.

We dined in the restaurant in the evening which was also beautifully presented and clean. The menu was limited but had a nice selection of pastas. Our waiter seemed a little uninterested and provided us with 1 menu for 4 people. He didn’t stay long enough at the table for us to order drinks and instead brought us water and I had to call him back to order soft drinks. It did feel like he wasn’t very interesting in being there. The food was nice however and the kids enjoyed their meals too.

The mattress in bed was amazing. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful and they went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Restaurant staff was also very helpful and accomodating. Room was very clean. It was easy to order drinks to the room. They have a luxurious selection of necessities like umbrellas, gifts and toiletries for sale. Large room.

Location. Walking anywhere was impossible. Needed to use taxi to go shopping. Excellent for business travellers though.

No lift Next to a motorway so hard to cross to get to shops (not hotels fault the drivers are crazy)

Close to the airport. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great shower with lots of hot water. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. They must have upgraded the facilities from a couple years ago when they got mediocre reviews because it is much better now.

Isolated area so not really possible to walk to restaurants.

All communal areas were nice, food in restaurant was good , staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly

No windows in the room and only 2 plug socket, we had a communal room for 4 people

Great location for airport transfer. All staff were helpful and welcoming.

Not much near by but we walked to an amazing pizzeria, also could have done with staff at bar area as we had to keep going to find someone.

Kind, courtesy, and very helpful to my situation. Staff was amazing No early check-in fee and I stayed until noon, they even called me a taxi. The place is spacious and homey.
