The hotel Cesirija staff Is very attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful in making you feel comfortable. Knowing that we had to be up early Francesco the front desk manager offered to open their breakfast bar earlier than scheduled to meet our needs. Thanks to Francesco's relaxed assurances, I was able to cancel my online, expensive Taxi.com reservation for the hotel's guests taxi service which also cost half as much... Taxi com customer service phone number even connected me to the Philippines, not exactly near Italy As we were very happy guests of Hotel Cesirija, my wife and I will and are planning for another stay at this hotel on our next visit to Italy.

Hotel Cesirija could update bathroom fixtures and shower stall for an even more modern look. The shower stall has some corner lower tiles grout blackness indicating old mold growth. There's only one bedside desk lamp, a second one would be more helpful for more than one room guest

I booked the hotel based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. We wanted to stay in Naples near the airport with free parking. We arrived really late (just before midnight), had an early breakfast (coffee from the machine, bread, salami, croissants etc). The rooms are spacious, have air-con and a small fridge with two 0.5l bottles of water. The shower was spacious, we got toiletries, including a emergency toothbrush & small toothpaste (great if your stuff is packed). Parking was great - we just parked outside the hotel, did not need any special instructions (codes etc) from reception. The area itself may not look safe but as we arrived by car, I cannot really comment on this.

Room was a good size with a nice modern bathroom. This property is not too far from the airport which is I chose it. Staff was helpful and friendly, and helped our group arrange taxi (30 euros) or shuttle (25 euros) to airport. Breakfast items include pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, bread for toast and some other non-hot food.

No views, which was not important for a one-night stay.

The location is great if you need a carpark & airport nearby. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast is continental but so much variety as well. Supermarkets, restaurants & all kinds of shops nearby.

No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. (But the downstairs bar had a passable coffee machine.)

Met our needs for a location near the airport to catch a 9:20 AM flight. Room was small but functional and bathroom clean and comfortably large. Breakfast was unexpectedly good and varied and manager opened up 15 minutes early so we could catch the 7AM shuttle (cost= €25 for 2 pre-booked). Had to take a taxi from the airport bus stop to hotel since we had not pre-booked shuttle :(…was able to negotiate a fixed price “pretzo fisso” €30 with the driver as surcharges would have been close to 40-50€ on the meter.

Clean Stuff welcoming and helpful. Sorting out anything anytime a night or day. Nice, clean towels The room smells nice In the morning there was such a smell of freshly baked croissants in the whole hotel, amazing. This is how we woke up and we couldn't wait to go out and have breakfast. Very tasty.

Some sort of very loud guests, but the hotel sorted them out quickly during the night so we had time to rest till 8 o'clock in the morning. Thanks for that.

The concierge was incredibly courteous and helpful, offering us pastries while we waited for our room to be ready and getting it ready very quickly. Rooms have AC and the airport shuttle is cheaper and faster than taking a cab. Our concierge was happy to arrange this.

The hotel is outside the city limits of Naples, meaning if you take a cab it will be double the tariff. You are 100% better off taking the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. The wifi is also metered, so after 2 hours of use you will have to pay. It says on booking there is room service, but there is no restaurant on site.

the location - in a bad area of napoli, and if you have a flight in the morning there's no bus and you have to walk 1h to the airport in a not nice area! (I had easy backpack so was OK, but if you have big suitcases i recommend taxi which will be around 30 euros from what i understand from the hotel staff)

The hotel was perfect for a night stay for airport transfer. The room was clean, modern and has a mini fridge. The staff were helpful and helped us order food from nearby restaurant. Free breakfast was nice for early morning. Having a shuttle to the airport was a bonus. Recommend for anyone to stay.

The area was a bit out of the way for food. But hotel ordered for us for delivery.

The costumer service is just the best, all the people were very friendly helpful and kind I reached the hotel evening time and was looking for a restaurant to take my daughter for a dinner the man in the reception offered to drop us to the restaurant and send someone to pick us up with no extra charge. There is amazing, clean tidy. The breakfast is really good with variety of choices and fresh. The great thing about the hotel location is near the airport 15 minutes to reach to the airport, I will definitely go back there when I’m in Napoli
