Its location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas and take day trips without dealing with the hectic city traffic. One of the best perks was the free parking on-site, which was a huge bonus and saved us the hassle of finding parking or paying extra fees. The hotel itself was comfortable and quiet, has the basics, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. It’s an ideal choice for anyone looking to explore Naples and its surroundings by car. Also is worth it to mention that we found good places for breakfast and late dinner short walking distance from the hotel.

I can't have enough good words for the people managing this hotel - they were the dictionary definition of hospitable! They went out of their way to help us: from helping us find a cheap way to get to Amalfi to showing us the different options available for washing our clothes near the hotel area. Truly excellent hosts. On top of that, the hotel facilities are very well kept. Clean bed sheets, clean towels, AC in every room - on top of cleaning getting done every single day. Last but not least, the pizzeria right next to the hotel is a true italian experience. Many many locals going there to eat, and once again remarkable service from the staff - getting out of their way to explain what ingredients are in every dish. Really happy with our choice!

I only have 2 downsides for this hotel: the location (which we already knew was far away, so that's okay) and the shower. The hotel is far away from the touristic areas and public transport is non reliable at all. While the bus is cheap and passes literally in front of the hotel, it's near to black magic to guess when will it come next. Taxis are at least 20 euros to get to the hotel from the city center, so it's better to get mentally ready for half-an-hour waiting for the bus. Last, the size of the shower. The bathroom facilities are very nice, but the size could be an issue for some people. It was mostly fine for us, as it is fully functional.

Our flight was pretty badly delayed and the hotel were great at communicating via Whatsapp and they were super kind to stay and wait for us (we did have to pay the 20euro surplus but it was still appreciated as it was pretty late). If you need somewhere to stay which is close to Naples airport then I would highly recommend. I would suggest to pay for a better room with a balcony and its a great spot to get your head down for the night. The room was modern, super clean, tea and coffee making facilities were a great touch and it had a nice, modern very spacious bathroom and shower. The balcony was also nice overlooking a courtyard and the entrance to the hoteel. The receptionist also recommended Pasticceria Galiero for breakfast which was a 3 minute walk away for a lovely coffee and fresh pastry to start our day, you must try it! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were absolutely lovely! Took very good care of us and answered any questions we had! The property is very safe, we really enjoyed sitting just outside when the main gates where locked late night and we felt very protected and safe (it is a very nice area anyway- but this added some extra comfort). The rooms have a lot of space, the cleaning staff are lovely and very understanding of people who like to sleep in (us) and overall we loved it.

Nothing we disliked

Air con definetly a big + for the hotel, bus stop to centre another big + and there is a very nice restaurant just 5 metres away from the hotel. Security is good when staff leaves they close a big gate and gives u the keys to open it if u want to stay till late. Overall i felt great!

TV didnt work without unplugging the air con, tou only had 3 whole sockets 1 at the side od the bed another in the bathroom and the one i mentioned before for the air con but you know you cant have it all so the stay was still exceptional!

The employees were very very friendly and always ready for answering questions about everything. Uncomplicated parking with the car and the way into rhe city isn't long to drive.

The room isn't in a very good condition (bathroom door is broken, shower isn't rly nice to use because of the head of the shower that can't be moved very well...i like heass that can be grapped and hold everywhere you need it. we booked two single beds on booking.com but we got 1 double bed...

The staff was, in one word, fantastic. They really helped with everything such as which bus and metro to take to get to the old center and to Pompeii and Herculanium and the National archaeological museum. I wanted to stay for 7 days but the hotel was full, I could only book for 4 days. After the 4 days they tried to find me another hotel, which they succeeded in a nearby hotel. As for the room: the room was very clean and I appreciated that you can make your own coffee or tea. The mattress was very good and the bathroom is OK too. Thank you very much for all your efforts. Fantastic! Strongly recommended.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is very basic but comfortable and if you need it only to sleep it's more than enough. Full of shops, bakery, bars pizzerias and restaurants 2 minutes away from the hotel and a bus stop just in front of it that will take you straight to from the airport in 20 minutes and to the centre of Naples in less than half an hour. Very good value for money.

We booked this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport. Because of the price, we weren't expecting much but they absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, extremely clean and beautiful. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing, very friendly and helpful. By far, the best accommodation we had in our 11 day stay in Italy.

Loved everything! Absolutely no complaints!

Basic room but very clean in historic building. This I think is a family business and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Also multi lingual and tolerant of my attempts at speaking Italian. Very understanding when I caused the shower to overflow. The pizzeria next door did totally amazing pizzas!

The shower tray overflowed and flooded the room.
