This is such a beautiful and nice hotel. The place is spotless and they had gorgeous sparkling lights on the exterior for Christmas. We were able to get into the room an hour early and it was super clean, with a balcony looking over the main road. The secondigliano area is vibrant and super exciting at night…Napoli is loud and there was plenty of horn honking and traffic…but the windows and curtains kept it pretty quiet. No complaints at all - we were able to walk a few blocks towards the airport and get nice food and gelato, too. The breakfast was incredible! Full espresso service, meat and cheese and hard boiled eggs, a huge variety of baked goods, yogurt and cereal and milk, roasted veggies, and super fresh fruit. They even had warm focaccia! Definitely would recommend for a quick overnight when traveling through Naples.

Naples is a wild place. They can’t control the traffic and people shouting and honking! Just down the street (opposite direction of the airport) there is a lot of trash and graffiti, but they keep the hotel secure and clean inside and out.

Beautiful room, amazing staf, very good breakfast, free bar in room, good bed, TV program good - if you need...

Location is only problem, you must research which bus goes to center, some time doesnt come...so be prepared...but not so big problem...

The hotel is in a nice area. The balconies helped us enjoy the Italian experience. It was close enough to the airport and only about 20 Euro by taxi to the historic districts. Nice little restaurants and markets are all over the place. The staff was cheerful and accommodating and met every need. The breakfasts were really good.

There was nothing bad about the place

It was clean and comfortable. We got free upgrade room with private jacuzzi so it was really nice. In near area you can find good restaurants. To the main attractions of Naples you have to go by bus R5 to the metro. I recommend to download Unico app and buy daily ticket. Receptionist will help you. :)

Location is not ideal (but fine for those with a car) My special request not go through (but that is Booking's fault - I advise you to confirm special requests with the hotel)

Breakfast was good, mostly European continental. The location isn't too far from the airport, but the cab on a Mon morning was still very expensive. The area has some restaurants to go to, but not much in the way of attractions or things to do. The AC in the room was very nice and overall, the room was in very nice shape and enjoyable to stay in.

The shower in the bathroom was leaky and got all over the floor. The TV could have been bigger as well.

urban hotel in an old building which has charm and character. The hotel is close to the airport. The lift is very old but works fine and bring memories of old urban buildings, Lots happening on the street outside. Only issue is no dedicated hotel parking and the street outside is busy.

Having to find a parking spot but as it was late at night (plane was late!) we were lucky and found street parking right outside the hotel. The lobby is closed from 11pm and as our plane was late and we had to pick up a hire car we did not get to the hotel until around midnight although we were in constant whats Up contact ith the receptionist. The problem was eventually solved by the hotel giving us a code to the main gate and leaving our room key in a plant pot! (picture supplied) Another couple had the same problem and arrived at the same timeThis was a very stressful process after a 3 hour flight. Also there was a taxi strike on and the airport was chaotic. Moral is dont get the last plane into town!

close to airport, very helpful front desk, very friendly, street had stores and a great restaurant near by (Paolo); Naples isn't the cleanest or most buffed city, and we've been on much worse streets. This was agood pick for us the day before our flight. The breakfast was AMAZING!

our room had a sewerage smell, when we registered, but the changed rooms right away for us away. The hallway had a strong chemical disinfectant smell that was unpleasant.

Clean, softer bed than many in Italy, and in what appeared to be a safe neighborhood.

We arrived Friday night and Naples traffic was horrific! It took over 30 mins and a $30 cab ride to get to the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault, but be aware. Getting to the airport at 4 am Sat took another $25 to go just a few miles, as there was an extra charge for time of day and for reserving ahead (according to our cab driver). Hotel staff was great about ordering and confirming tho.

It was a very good suprise this hotel. We were looking for a hotel close to the airport to spend just one night and this hotel was the best option. As we left the hotel earlier in the morning, was not possible to have breakfast, but they offered us an espresso coffe and some fruits. Also the locattion is with many options of cafes, restaurantes and super market close.

As Naples is a very noisy city, we could hear the horns of the cars in the bedroom.
