I had a lovely spacious room overlooking the garden. The room and ensuite were super clean and well equipped. Claudia was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was abundant with a great choice. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the main entrance to the ruins at Porta Marina, so great location.

I am an older female solo traveller and the location was a little problematic for me. I would not have liked to arrive at night as i found it difficult to find. The front desk is not open all the time which i understand but it means you have to go round the back to enter thru a main gate via a small lane. I wasn't happy going out after dark so didn't. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity but just a 10 minute walk.

The B&B is very close to the Pompeii Excavations and surrounded by many nice restaurants. The room had everything you could need: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and toiletries. After a long journey, we slept very well. The parking was private and secure, which made our stay worry-free—we left the car there while visiting the excavation sites. Breakfast at the B&B felt like a five-star hotel: amazing cappuccino, freshly baked croissants, and more. The prickly pears and boiled eggs were a very nice touch. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was brilliant, 10-15 mins from the Pompeii ruins and train station and half hour walk to the town centre. Claudia was an exceptional hostess. She gave us such a warm welcome and really helped us with directions. The breakfast was fresh and amazing value. The room was a good size and very clean.

The only thing was there is no kettle/tea/coffee in the room which would have been very welcome. However, Claudia did provide us with a kettle when asked. It was however a damaged kettle (wobbly handle) and could potentially cause injury so I would just suggest replacing it. Everything else was great and brilliant value. We had a really lovely stay Thank you.

Lovely clean room, far enough from main road not to be disturbed. Firm beds in our twin room (small singles). Very clean. As per the sign in the bathroom it was necessary to wait 5 minutes for hot water but we were aware so not a problem. There's aircon to provide heating if required. Be aware the rooms have tiled floors as normal in Italy so bring suitable footwear if visiting in winter as we were. A wonderful breakfast served from 8am (in February), with Italian pastries but also boiled eggs, ham, cheese, cereal and fruit juice available, and coffee. There was a small central seating area with a kettle, so we were able to make a cup of tea in the evening. We asked for some cups and teapot when we checked in and there was a small fridge in the seating area we could keep a small bottle of milk in. Great communication with the B&B via Booking.com and WhatsApp prior to our arrival. Lovely stay, thank you.

Nothing we didn't like , all was great however be aware that there was only one pillow so just ask for another when you check in if you need more. Also, The small single beds may not be big enough for a larger adult but for my daughter and me it was not a problem.

Roberto is the loveliest host of any property I have ever stayed in. Kept in contact with me via WhatsApp when we were delayed and was waiting for us at the property when we finally arrived with a warm welcome. The Villa is an absolute gem, hidden in surrounding that are a little run down. Roberto recommended a fabulous restaurant for dinner a short distance away and provided a lovely breakfast in his beautifully appointed breakfast room with a perfect cappuccino and delicious croissant the next morning (as well as yogurts, cereals, toast, cakes, meats and cheese). The outside space in the garden is lovely. The room was perfect for my sons and I. Comfortable beds (we all prefer firmer beds), quiet, great shower and complimentary toiletries. I chose the property because it was so close to the Pompeii ruins. A 15 minute walk. Roberto let us leave our car in his secure car park after checking out-so we could enjoy the day. He also filled our water bottles for us with ice cold bottled water! Thank you Roberto.

Not all the rooms are in the same condition, i.e. renovated! one room had a broken air conditioner and older furniture and was generally in a worse condition! the other had newer furniture, appliances and a renovated bathroom! in terms of cleanliness, it was relatively satisfactory, but not Excellent! Also, while he wrote about an excellent and perfect breakfast, in the end it was just an average and satisfactory breakfast, without anything special! the location, which is close to the Archaeological site, which is convenient for those who want to visit it, seems a little dangerous

The villa Rocla is strategically located so that both Naples and Amalfi coast are within reach by train. To Naples in about 20 minutes. Rooms are very clean, wonderful ladies take care of tight beds and clean towels. Very decent breakfast with the best cappuccino. Secure parking if you need it. They amazed us with their kindness and a refrigerator with cold water. We are looking forward to returning to this location.

Simple but nice room in small guest house a short walk from the Scavi and the train station. Friendly staff, good breakfast included. Quiet room at the back with nice view over gardens with orange trees - a contrast with the not very attractive and busy road at the front.

Have to mark this down a bit, as wifi was out of action when I was there (supplier was apparently replacing the cables). Fortunately, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, so I was easily able to find one with good wifi.

Great Experience! 5/5 Our stay at this bed and breakfast was truly exceptional. The service was outstanding, and the host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was very nice, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that ensured a restful night's sleep. Breakfast was much appreciated, with delicious coffee that started our day off perfectly. We also really enjoyed having access to the beautiful garden. It was nice to have our morning coffee there and relax at the end of the day. An added bonus was the small outdoor gym, which was a pleasant surprise.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was very clean, towels were changed daily and little amenities also refreshed daily. Very considerate. If you want to check the historical Pompei ruins it is a great place to stay, also not bad to take the train from here to Naples.

We thought the room would be just a little bigger.
