The pool is brilliant and open all day into the evening, which was needed given the high temperatures. The staff were all friendly and fantastic, the room was cleaned daily. The location is unbeatable. There was only one socket that took a standard EU plug. The rest were the 3-pin Italian ones. So make sure you have the right adapters.

There was only a fan in the room to cool it down. The temperatures were around 25+ at night so it got quite uncomfortable. If you don't go midsummer you should be fine though. There was a limited selection of food at the hotel, both for breakfast and lunch/snacks....but what they had was good value.

Only 10 minute walk from train station, Pompeii Scavi, and the main entrance to the ruins. Easy 15 minute train ride to Herculaneum and 45 min to Salerno another beautiful Italian city with good access to the Amalfi coast. We were there at beginning of May and sadly the pool was empty and doesn't open until end of May. Similarly, the restaurant was closed but only an easy 20 minute walk to restaurants. Really friendly staff.

What a hidden gem! The Staff were so accommodating and friendly, especially Valeria and Matteo. We had a non-working air con unit on our first day (34-degree heat!) went to reception and Massimo came straight back up with us and had it fixed within 10 minutes. The room was basic (as expected for a 2-star) but was spotless, serviced daily, the sheets were bright white and crisp and the towels were bright white and soft! The pool was lovely and we often had it to ourselves, with quality sunbeds and seating. The location was just what we wanted, a 5-minute walk to Pompeii Scavi entrance / Train & bus station.

The only thing that could improve it would be a bit more selection of available snacks/food - there were toasties and pre-packed sandwiches however, it would have been great if fries or a little more food was available.

Pool area is fantastic and so is the location. The hotel is dated and as you can notice from the photos. Rooms are ok and air conditioner however noisy it worked well. Breakfast is superb. Steps from train station and ruins.

No fridge in the room. No tea coffeee facilities. No pool towels given. If you arrive early and your room is not ready you will not be allowed to use the pool while you wait for your room. In that heat, !!! The reception area has no air conditioner and the snacks provided are not home made (e.g. hamburgers are the ones you buy in supermarket) and come plain no chips nothing with it. Strange for Italy which generally is a culinary experience. Plenty of restaurants close to the ruins (at tourist prices). Apart from the boy and the girl at reception we felt a bit unwelcomed and we didn’t find this hotel friendly.

This villa is located close to the train station and close to monte marina entrance (the main) in Pompei scavi. 5 min walk. Everything is clean in the room and there is room for the luggage. Nice pool if you want to take a bath after visiting Pompei or Vesuvius. People at the reception are very nice.

A little old fashioned room if you reserve the economy rooms. As it is close to the train station, you may hear the trains pass by. It is not close to the center of the city, which is about 25 minutes walk.

Amazing so so clean staff were amazing and helpful. Can't wait to go back . me and my friend loved peeler the white cat so cute .gutted we had to come home was such a peaceful chilled hotel no complaints loved everything about it thank you so much 🙏. Would recommend it's close to pompii ruins and train station as well .and breakfast was lovely x 😋

We didn't dis like anything

I'm a fan of this hotel and have stayed a number of times. Breakfast is nice, the rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet, the location is great - a quick walk from the train station and to the archaeological park. The pool and patio are great places to relax after a hot day sightseeing. The balcony on the rooms in the main building are nice to sit out on and they have clothes drying racks on them which is helpful to dry out your bathing suits, etc.

My first room had a big hole in the bathtub. I also never liked that the hose for the shower head is only a couple feet long so unless you sit in the tub it doesn't reach your head. I want to shower - I just about never sit in a hotel tub - especially one with a big hole in it. The area around the pool looked a bit sad/run down because the paint is peeling.

I loved everything about this hotel. The pool is amazing. We spent a lot of time there. It is kept spotless. The staff is kind and helpful, very genuine people. They love their jobs and it shows (that's hard to find). I want to give compliments to the maid who always cleaned our room. She did a great job.👍👍👍. The rest of the staff....all I can say is that they are all amazing. They made us feel so welcome and took such good care of us (we were there 4 nights). Grazie mille!!!😃🌸💜 The breakfast was perfect. Cappuccino every morning, fresh croissants, yogurt, fruit, cheese and cereal. Just the right amount to start the day. The location was ideal for us. It was far enough from town that we could enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the view (OMG...the view we had was spectacular), but close enough that we walked it everyday, sometimes twice. (It's about a 25 min walk). It was steps away from the local train and the ruins. If you stay in Pompei, you should definitely choose this hotel. We booked a room with AC and a view of the ruins. Pay the extra and choose these rooms. You won't regret it.

That. my vacation here only lasted 4 nights😥.

Superb location for visiting Pompeii ruins, and very short walk to train station. Quiet at night for undisturbed sleep. Helpful staff. Spacious room with balcony & good air con. Super clean and felt very safe and efficiently run. Fab restaurant Osteria Nona Cherubina 4 mins walk away. Luggage looked after free of charge post check out.

The decor is a bit dated, but we felt that was pretty minor. It was perfect for our one night stop in Pompeii great location and pool area to relax in.

Breakfast was very good. Great, friendly service. Pool facilities were great to relax in. Wi-fi was generally good around the hotel and pool.

It would have been nice to have a small table on the balcony to sit at and read on an evening. A safe inside the room to store valuables would have been a great help. This is a nitpick however.
