I soent 5 nights here and generally enjoyed my stay. The location was a short walk from the entrance to the ruins, the train station and the bus to Vesuvius. The air con in the room was wonderful and the view of vesuvius was as as expected. Being able to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine was welcome. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean.

The noise from the traffic was constant and loud as the location is next to the freeway/motorway exit. The noise was an issue at times when the balcony doors were open. Fortunately the double glased balcony doors shut the noise out well and I was able to sleep without earplugs without any problem. The bathroom was a little tired as far as decor goes but is was very clean so it wasn't an issue. On checkout I waited 30 minutes and no staff attended the reception. I had to phone the number and the owner arrived in his car, very appologetic for my wait. I needed them to phone a taxi for me to take me to the train station but the owner was nice enough to take me himself and helped me with my baggage. I would be happy to stay here again as I did enjoy my stay there.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. I truly enjoyed staying in such a cozy place, where you can feel the authentic Neapolitan charm in the air. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the ancient city of Pompeii. But without a doubt, the highlight of the stay was the warmth of the hosts, who not only make you feel at home but also go out of their way to help you make the most of your trip. Highly recommended!

Good location, about 5-10 minutes from the main entrance/train station of the Pompeii ruins. 20 minutes from downtown Pompeii and the amphitheater entrance. Carrefour 5-10 minute walk.

My only complaint is that check in is listed as from 12-20:00. When I arrived about 13:30, despite receiving a message in the morning saying they looked forward to having me the reception was closed and they did not respond to any messages sent on booking. Eventually another person staying there showed me the back entrance which is always unlocked, and said that they had been told checkin was from 14:00-20:00. I sat around and waited until almost 15:00 when the person came to check me in. I did not have much else to do for the day, but if I had had other plans I might have been upset. I would have been happy to communicate my expected arrival time etc. to avoid sitting around had the property asked for it.

the hosts were so so lovely, minimal english but used online translators. It was very peaceful and comfortable. Location is absolutely amazing, and the security of the complex is good. I really enjoyed my stay here, the hosts are so so lovely - cannot stress this enough

there was a sitting area out-side but the seats were dusty and not really kept but i don’t even know if that was apart of the complex or if it was one of the complexes area

This is a good location close to the train station and the ruins. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice, and helpful during my stay. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was large enough to enjoy time sitting outside.

At the price point, it was a good value and comfortable stay. As a few other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms were a little dated. However, it was functional and clean.

Great location of the appartment-near the train station and the entrance to Pompeii, the bus stop to go to Vesuvius, supermarket etc. There are some restaurants and cafes too. We booked the room but We got the appartment with kitchen and balcony. We were delighted. The apartment was at the busy road but the windows were soundproof. We loved the place that was spacious with a comfortable bed. Highly recommended place.

Lovely homely atmosphere, secure, blean and close to transport and pompeii ruins. Easy access to local sights such as Amalfi coast, Capri and Sorrento. Highly recommend. Our host, Alfonzo was wonderful, communication was easy and he was very accommodating. Thank you Alfonzo, we would love to come back one day☺️

The location is great for reaching the Pompeii site, as well as the Pompeii train station (which would bring you easily to naples, villa poppea, as well as towards castellammare connecting to amalfi). The owner is very reactive on whatsapp, and ready to provide help. The hotel also provides a shared kitchen which can be pretty useful. Air conditioner is very effective.

In room with window facing the street, it can be noisy if has window open, to be honest, given the heat level in the region, it's anyway would require turning on the AC and have window closed, so not really a problem. The drainage of shower in our room doesn't work very well.

The owner was really nice, he even offered to drive us to the train station when it poured in the morning. The location is amazing as it is really close to the Pompeii tran station from where you can go to Sorrento or Napoli in 30 minutes.

Only a short walk to the Pompei ruins and train station. The room was clean and quite spacious. The balcony was also quite spacious, with a great view of Mt Vesuvius. There is no fridge in the room, but you can use the fridge in the shared kirchen below. They have a coffee machine in the kitchen, but they don't provide breakfast, however, you can use the kitchen downstairs to prepare food and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor tables to eat at. There is also a cafe right next door if you want to get a snack. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a large shared outdoor balcony, which they call the Solarium, with tables and sun loungers. They also have a washing machine there that they said we could use to wash our clothes, except it had broken a couple of days before, so we couldn't use it.

The water in the shower kept changing temperature. The pillows on the bed are very big and do not compact down, so might not be comfortable if you like lower profile pillows. It is located on a main road so is can be quite noisy when you are trying to sleep. The wifi signal is quite weak - ok for checking messages but not great for watching videos.
