This hotel is close to the Naples airport, so it makes a great place to stay if you have an early flight. The staff was very friendly, and went out of his way to make us happy. Even ordered a pizza for us and had it delivered to our room free of charge.

We had a little problem with the taxi to the hotel. It is only about a 5-10 minute drive from the Naples airport where we got the taxi and the taxi driver charged us 30 euros for the ride, claiming the hotel was in a different country. I think he meant a different district, but we were shocked and the hotel staff verified the thing about a different country, so we paid but it took all of the euros we had budgeted for the taxi back to the airport in the morning, and when we were ready to leave in the morning we had to offer the driver dollars, at an inflated rate. Beware of the taxi fees from the airport. It would be nice if the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport.

I cannot fault the staff and their amazing service at luxor hotel. They ordered us some take away pizza which was the best pizza I've had in all of Italy. They were ever so helpful with any queries and booked a transfer to the airport the next day for our early morning flight. Nice balcony too where we watched planes coming and going from the airport.

We only received one towel for 2 guests which had a hole in it but this was fixed as soon as I brought it to staff attention.

It was the best option considering budget and location (near to airport). The staff was very welcoming (I arrived late at night and was hungry but they ordered a pizza margherita for me 5euros and delivered it to my room). They made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was as expected and liked it. Room was great, comfy bed nice bathroom.

I arrived late at night and had issues understanding the transport system. If you're traveling alone it can be a bit intimidating to wander around these streets at night till you make it to the hotel (from the airport) but you'll be fine and once you get there it's worth it.

It had free on-site parking with a gate. We were pre warned about auto theft in Naples and the car safety became a priority. Location to the airport was great; we had an early flight and don’t need the extra travel stresses. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The employees took a last minute booking and allowed us to store our 8 bags until the room was ready. They also made a reservation for a restaurant in the area which provided transportation. They also set up a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning. The kind and generous gestures will be remembered for a long time.

Everything and everyone was great - no complaints

Excellent to access Naples airport. Private parking is a bonus. Reception 24/7. The staff welcoming us was very helpful and gave us an excellent suggestion where to dine nicely and affordable nearby.

Breakfast using plastic cups and cutlery is a minus and environmentally wrong. Perhaps they do not have staff to do the washing up.

Our flights were cancelled with easyJet and we had to choose the closest hotel which was on a 3 star standard. Luxor was this match, and when we arrived the member of staff could not have been more welcoming and wonderful to help ease our stress for our flight cancellation. To our surprise we had a hot tub spa bath in our room, which was amazing, and he also arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be sent to our room. We had the most wonderful experience. This saved our honeymoon.

We booked the hotel to get to the airport early in the morning. The employee kindly booked a taxi for us the night before, so getting to the airport was convenient and quick.

Breakfast was not the strong point of this hotel. However, if coffee and a croissant satisfy you, then you won't be disappointed :)

It was handy for airport for early flight.

There was no tea, coffee making facilities, no plugs in room for UK adapter's to use chargers etc.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport which was great for our very early flight the next day. The staff was extremely helpful and had a taxi waiting for us at 4am. They had even offered to give us wakeup calls too to make sure we didn't oversleep! The room was a good size for our family and the bathroom was bigger than most other European hotels we've been to. This is a very good hotel.
