The location is nice, walkable to the beach and shops I enjoyed the food (but after few days , they started to be the same type) and the fruits ( watermelon and oranges) The staff including the cleaners were amazing. Always smiling and kind. The hotel is clean. Thanks for having us

1. One key per bedroom was a nightmare. My husband and I didn't have the same habits so we needed to leave the door open when one went for a walk or gym or something else. My kids (15, 16 and 19) were 3 in their room and had the similar issue 2. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, just shampoo and tiny soap. We brought our own shower gel anyway 3. The cakes were good looking unfortunately really too sweet. Most of them were made with jelly. I thought we would have a lot of baklava but it was twice during our 9 nights we spent there and they were tiny. 4. Regarding the food, maybe some days you can vary with shawarma, kebab, skewers etc. more type of food from turkey.

Especially the furnished balcony , restaurant-outside seating and all the Restaurant and cleaning staff . Lovely pool with bar .... and two perfect working elevators . Did not like the (non)smoking policy on balcony's . Better create a smoking corner somewhere or offer some smoking rooms ( or 1 entire Floor ) for those who are really addicted . Free shuttle service to beach several times daily and taxi ( 5 - 9 Euro ) in front of Hotel to visit interesting Castle and lovely Harbor .

Hotel looks nice (stylish even) and is tidy. WiFi works good. Food was good (especially given the price of the all-inclusive option). The hotel has diesel generators for emergencies, and they work well.

Local alcohol could've been better. The free hammam is just a slightly warm room, and you have to pay extra for anything else SPA-related.

My favorite Hotel in the Antalya/Alanya region . Nice rooms , good shower and balcony with table and 2 chairs . Good pool . Hammam . Two elevators . Some of the beds have seen better times but most are still okay especially for those who like it soft . Wonderful breakfast buffet with salads , fruits , eggs , cheeses , sweets and more . The choice of whole wheat or rye bread is kind of limited for those who like these . Twice a week they organize entertainment near the pool . Shuttle by minibus to Cleopatra beach is free but I prefer the peace and quiet of Nese Beach ( ... also First Beach Restaurant ) ... 15 minutes walking orTaxi about 200 Lira . Very friendly staff all over ... especially in the restaurant and reception .

Our stay was lovely. Hotel has a great location, clean and nice rooms, food was delicious with great variety in every meal. Staff was really nice during our stay. We also loved that there was a small gym and pool area had baby pool for our daughter to play in. Wifi connection was flawless in most of the hotel vicinity.

When we checked out, the staff wasn't so nice anymore, it was quite surprising. The front desk person didn't want to accept our 20 euro bill (small corner was chipped). That kinda soured the last impression before leaving. Transfer car to airport was not acceptable for 70 euro price - really old with no AC, also baby seat was quite old with loose straps.

everything was pretty good, room itself, staff, beach. let's shortly tell one by one. so firstly staff was very kind and positive, assisted with the questions. secodly food was pretty good, lots of choices, and as sweet tooth there was lots of desserts, almost each day there were something with seafood products. our package was all inclusive so we had 3 times meal sessions and one near pool with cracks. There is bar near pool, where you are able to take drinks before midnight, some drinks are for additional prices(some alcoholic beverages) some of them are included(non-alcoholic, hot drinks, beer and others). Pool was pretty clean, and staff is cleaning nearby tables systematicly. Our room was family room on 9th floor, there was great views, one to the sea and another one to the city. We went to the beach with hotel shattle, if you are not the person, who is going to be late, you may use it as it is going on time. beach itself was pretty clean, there was chaise lounges and bed (лежанка) where you may rest, as well as there is cafe with affordable prices. We used tranfers both to hotel and to airport, transferman was pretty kind and attentive to us, so i definitely advice this service.

actually we are satisfied and would recommend you this hotel, however i would like to highlight some details, with which i think it is better to know beforehand. There was not any liquid soap, tooth paste/brushes(we brougt it with ourselves and bought such soap, so it was not such problem for us).Also my recommendations is to buy toilet freshener(aerosol), in case if you are sensite to odors, as wc is located in centre of 2 rooms

2nd visit to ramira joy, great hotel. Room excellent with amazing view, food is delicious and lots of choice, super fresh. lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Best part are the staff who are all really friendly & helpful. Special mention to all the guys in the bar who gave us fantastic service. Have been to Alanya many times and this is my favourite hotel by far.

small thing but as a vegetarian I would have liked a bit more choice of hot dishes but there are loads of salads and the food is great so I still really enjoyed it.

The hotel was very clean, the food was good, also very good location. The view from the mountain side rooms is amazing. Just wow, especially if you are on the 7th-8th floor. A special thanks for the deserts, they were the best. The staff was very kind, they helped us with the reservation for one more they, even there were practically no rooms.

Maybe drinks at the pool bar should be better, in some days they were nice, some days not. But with their price price for staying, it's okay. Also the sea food, it's was not enough for me, but the food that they had was great 👍🏻

One of the best Holidays experience for me and my husband. The staff of the hotel are really professional and so friendly, always smiling and always doing everything they can to make you happy and make sure you get everything you need. Really beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable and very well located, close walking distance from everything and in a great quiet area. The food is really tasty and amazing, great and big variety of selected Turkish and international food that we are never been hungry. Great welcome by Ayhan and Kadir at The Beach 15 from the Ramira Joy Hotel as well who will take care of you with a smile and great customer service at the beach . Honestly, really nothing to said because it was just the perfect holidays. Thank you to the General Manager of The Ramira Joy Hotel and all his employees because they are really working hard to give you the best you can get during your Holidays in Alanya.

Nothing to say, everything was amazing

Our family liked everything about this hotel. It was very well maintained, clean, and had a modern, attractive design. The food was excellent — fresh and very tasty. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There’s a mosque not far from the hotel, and you can hear the morning prayers around 4:30 a.m. But this isn’t specific to this hotel — it’s common throughout Turkey.
