The location was excellent and the staff friendly. The rooms were a good size

The pillows were hard We had to pay extra for air conditioning which should really be added onto the initial price - Turkiye is a hot country. You also had to pay extra for the safety deposit box which was in your room. I think that is most unfair. It costs the hotel nothing extra as they are already there and surely they have a duty to keep their guests safe

Location is excellent, a few minutes away from Kleopatra beach, one block away from Atatürk bulevard. Plenty of shops, restaurants in the neighbourhood. Easy to find. Rooms are clean, kitchen is equipped with basic things needed. Air conditioning and other services are paid extra but prices are reasonable. Bathroom was nice and fully functional. Staff at the reception desk were always friendly. Breakfast was very good too, decent selection and varied from one day to another too. Last day we have left early before breakfast, the receptionist made sure that we have it packed up for the road. Overall a very good, experience!

The only thing I could mention, is that the children were sleeping in the living room on sofa beds, and since the air conditioner was in the bedroom, in order to be able to cool their room a little bit too, in the bedroom it became very cold.

We had ten wonderful days at My Home Apart and enjoyed staying there very much! Excellent und friendly service from everyone working there and a perfect job from the cleaning ladies. Great room with a functional kitchen, comfy beds, lovely walk- in (rain)shower, a good size balcony and a great pool. We will definitely come back next year!!

It was possible to hear the neighbours speaking through the wall, but that didn’t disturb us much.

Cleaners sometimes cleaned the room too late when we wanted to get ready for dinner. Ideally rooms should be cleaned by 4pm and not after this time. We were not allowed drinking water by the pool so had to go to the lobby every time we wanted to drink. I understand prohibiting other food and drink and for this to be bought from the bar but water should be allowed! It is a necessity!

My home apartment was an excellent hotel it was spotlessly clean amazing staff especially the barman not naming him he knows who I'm talking about such a great man thank you so much for all you done for us both we really appreciate you especially on the day my girlfriend was waiting on her transfer such a great stay nothing was to much trouble always ready to help when asked restaurant was great we loved the food great chef's excellent. We can't wait to return to alanya and especially to My Home apartment we enjoyed everything about the hotel very close to shops restaurants and celopatra beech 5minutes from hotel with WiFi available at the beach we always had great signal friendly staff at the beach with food and drinks available sunbeds and umbrella available from hotel for tickets only 40lira for sunbed and 40lira for umbrella very reasonable price and loads available I could go on and on but experience it for yourselves don't know how you would be disappointed thank you all again

Nothing everything was more than expected pool area was cleaned every day

Clean, spacious apartments. Well equipped kitchen, huge shower. Reception desk was able to organize a check in an hour earlier.

A bunch of items are not actually included. A safe, air conditioning and coffee machine is 7 euro extra (per day). On some days, after breakfast - we were asked to bring plates to the kitchen ourselves. On other days - completely opposite. There was a person making sure - guests pay immediately after having breakfast.

The WiFi didn't work properly and had to keep changing access points . Some times, they didn't work at all on any of the access poonts. Although charged for A/C but it was in one room and not very good. The water pressure in the bide was awful.

Too many options that we had to pay for extra, like air conditioning - in this climate..., locker in the room. We didn't liked the food in the restaurant.

I would like to say VERY BIG THANK YOU for this wonderful time in My Home Apart 🙂 I was very happy there, I came back home relaxed and full of great impressions, events and meetings. My daughter liked a lot this magical, beautiful place as well. The entire team My Home Apart is so kind and professional. Our apartment was during this time in Alanya like our own cosy flat. 2nd time staying at my home apartment and was as good as ever always spotlessly clean staff very pleasant friendly well run hotel great food
