A wonderful hotel a stone's throw from the sea! Comfortable room with mountain view. The room has a balcony. Believe me, you will get an unforgettable experience when you admire the mountains in the rays of the setting sun and listen to the magical singing of the muezzin). The hotel also has a wonderful manager Yusuf who is always ready to help with any household and tourist issues. The hotel also offers bicycle rental, which is very convenient for all outdoor enthusiasts. I think this is one of the best hotels for a relaxing holiday. Choose it and you will definitely not regret it!

Convenient location to beach, shopping, transport, restaurants. One of the staff was really helpful. Living space was great.

Shower was "basic". There was no safe for valuables/ door lock did not seem reilable.

We have had a great experience with our stay at Alanya Damlatas Apart and can’t recommend it enough. Everything from the location, staff, the apartment was much better than expected. The location is so central with a great view over a playground, fountain and mountain. The place is suitable for families, seniors and youth plus is affordable. Finally want to thank the manager Younes for his hospitality, going the extra mile to help.

Very nice apartment close to the best area of Cleopatra beach, the city centre with the best shops, and Damlatas cave. The location is outstanding and close to the best things in Alanya! I felt a friendly, easy going atmosphere in the Alanya Damlatas Apart all the time and there was not much noise from either minarets or traffic or outside music that disturbed me although I had the windows open day and night (I didn't bother to put noisy air condition on). No disturbance from other guests either although all rooms were fully booked. I met another woman who had lived there one month, and also two families with small children. I felt very safe in Alanya Damlatas Apart, traveling on my own as a woman who hadn't been traveling since over ten years, I appreciate the help with the two hours VIP transfer from the Antalya airport to Alanya Damlatas Apart when I arrived in the middle of the night very much (I booked airplane ticket, lodging and transfer on my own and separately). The owner Yunus and Erhan in the reception at night are very friendly and helpful, always asking if everything is OK. Erhan who gives me a cup of lovely cayi turkish tea and some minutes chat, and Yusuf who gives tips of, for example, the local vegetable market which is fantastic to visit, made my stay very welcoming and safe. I admire these guys who have 24/7 manned reception and recommend this place to anyone! The standard is good for having an own kitchen to do some cooking in (I red the comments section in Booking of this place before I left home and some are really bad, so It's good to know that Alanya Damlatas Apart is refurbished since). Cleaning was one time and good. It was also a very nice time to visit Alanya for the first time and in the end of October. It was 27 degrees Celsius at day and 21 at night and in the water. It's almost low season, there is not much noisy music outside and there are much sales in the shops. Keep up the good work Yunus and Erhan.

The new microwave took its time to get to the room, but I prefer to cook on a stove plate, so for me it's no big deal. There should be a potato-peeler in every room.

- No towels, bed sheets and coverage change without additional request - No room cleaning after check in - No hot water from tap in bathroom and kitchen (only hot water in shower) - Cleaning before check in missed some dust and small pieces of garbage close to furniture But this is nothing compare to pluses of the apartments.

I give 12 points this apart hotel. It is good situated middle of all, however quiet surroundings. Manager and staff is great and friendly. Apart is very nice and homely. Bedroom, very good beds to sleep. Livingroom with sofas. All kitchen supplies you need. Big balcony with furnitures and clothesline. Airconditioner and wifi was included. Wifi was not so fast in the room, but working. Good TV with many many channels. Elevator and lobby so beutiful. Nice and homely garden. Good swimming pool wiht sunbeds. We really loved this apart hotel atmosphere. We will come back :)

The location is perfect and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Great value for the money. The air conditioning is free and the pool is nice.

Some things like the shower facilities could use an update. Note that there’s only one cleaning during a 1 week stay.

We liked the location of the accommodation, the size of the apartment and great people who work there. 🙌🏼🤩

Our little issue was the shower - water pressure, temperature setting. . But nothing terrible to spoil our holiday 😊
