Nice rooms, spacious, very clean. Very nice views on the sea. The location is great! Within walk to cable cabins, which will take you to a old city treasure (ruins - walls). Beuatiful sceneries from there. Great wine and dine restaurant up there "Gardenia". All inclusive in this hotel is very much like ultra all inclusive. During the day variety of meals, snacks. Variety of foods were great (morning, noon, dinner) all 10days was not the same, we really enjoyed the food. We have spent everyday on a different beach, from coast to coast, which was exciting. We also went on jetski, amazing fun, as always. We really loved the location of the hotel, as it is within walk to the main shopping street and shopping is amazing in Turkey, especially Alanya. We had a great night sleep, the beds are very comfortable. We were 4 people and all 4 wants to come back! Stuff was amazing too, thank you very much! Greetings

Excellent hotel with great location, just by the Cleopatra beach, and not far from the centrum. The hotel is new and very clean. The hotel territory is compact and comfortable, with a very nice swimming pool and bar area (the pool could be heated). The entire hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming! Our room was located on the 5th floor and had a wonderful sea view from the balcony. The room had everything we needed. The room was cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillow were extremely uncomfortable for us. Breakfast was served in our hotel and was delicious. Lunch and dinner were served at the sister hotel, Riviera Hotel & Spa, which is just around the corner. They were very varied in choice, a lot to choose from and very delicious. Many thanks to the chefs and staff there!

Some disadvantages The snacks in the pool bar could have been a little more varied. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable for us. WI-FI was slow from time to time. The hotel did not have any evening entertainment program. It was an unpleasant surprise for me. However, something could have been organized a few days a week.

The rooms are more comfortable than many 5-star hotel rooms. Cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel is in the most beautiful location of Alanya. The view from my balcony was amazing. And the most important thing for me is that all the staff are professional and friendly, I have never seen an unhappy staff there.

If the umbrellas and chairs on the beach were free for hotel customers, this hotel would be even more perfect. But I enjoy lying on the sand with a towel, so that wasn't a problem for me.

The hotel is exactly what it is on the pictures - clean, spacious, with nice interior design. Despite Alanya's extremely dense buildings placement, you don't feel like this one is squeezed in - the pool is of the right size for the hotel of this scale, the restaurant is more than capable of hosting everyone at the same time, and the rooms are just about the right size for a 'beach holiday' hotel. Breakfast is quite a standard affair with live-cooked omelette, a selection of cheeses and vegetables, but dinner is definitely top-notch. There is always stuff to pick from, some meats are being cooked in front of you, and you can find something for every taste. Probably seafood selection could be better, but I have been reliably advised that Turkey in general is not your prime destination for seafood cooking expertise, so... A STRONG recommendation would be to go for the pool or sea-view room, as otherwise you'll be staring at a concrete wall of the nearby building, which is barely 4 meters away. We have foolishly booked that room, but upon check-in were offered an upgrade (for a fee), which was the best money spent. Also, if you have a chance to book a room on the top two floors, use this opportunity - there is a park / cemetery between the beach and the hotel, so it might hide the beach from the view a bit from the lower floors.

The only real complaint is that they charge you for coffee during dinner even if you're on a half-board package. Fine, alcohol is not included, but coffee? They are charging around 200,- EUR per night, and they bill you an extra 40,- TLL (around 1,30,- EUR) for a cup of what is barely better than a Nescafe. This complaint is not about the money, but rather about their effort to go over the top with trying to make money.

The rooms were very tidy and nice. Our room had an amazing view to the sea. It was easy talking with the staff and asking help. The pool area was very nice and the rooms were not too hot, eventhough the weather outside was.

Some of the staff memebers were not so nice. They were a bit rude, even though we were really respectful towards them, and would have given tips, if we had had some nicer customer service.

Great location, service & overall condition. Pool area in excellent condition, albeit that towels are not offered at the pool area or for the beach.

The “discounted” prices offered to guests for access to the hotel’s beach club no.6 are the same prices being offered to the general public. Personally, I would rather utilise the neighbouring beach no.9, which has better facilities and at a cheaper cost.

A great hotel on Kleopatra beach and probably one of the best hotels in Alanya. Rooms are comfortable, good size and design is just to my taste. I like the combination of colours which I find calming and stylish. Hotel is well maintained and in a good condition. Bedding and towels are in good condition. Mattress is comfortable, good quality, provides good support for the back and enables good sleep. Staff is kind and helpful, food is good and price is decent. I definitely found the hotel for my future stays in Alanya.

New hotel, nice interior and stylish.room is big,comfortable mattress ( what is very important ) very clean. very good location. In restorane staff working hard , many staff and many guests what is very nice and compliment for staff - every table is cleaning and tidy . Very tidy pool area. Really staff working hard and you can see results. We are happy with choice this hotel ! Thank you every one for hard work 🙏 💜

Hotel not provided shampoo, what is not really comfortable. Food - could be better but mean not bed you can choose what your like :) i missing porridge:) sorry.( only two days per 15 days) and need to think about child menu. But this just small things what can be easy improve be admin .

Stayed on business. Excellent property. Good aircon. Acceptable wifi for business calls. Clean, functional room. Great shower. Comfortable bed and pillow. Sat on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset while on a conference call with the US. Noise disturbance from other guests was minimal, just some doors opening and closing in the morning. Breakfast was delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice. Great location, right by the beach, beautiful trees outside. Parking was easy and free. Short walk to Sip Coffee, Mackbear and 140 Coffee Bistro, for speciality coffee.

Not much to criticise. Front desk and restaurant staff seemed a bit grumpy at times. Bed linen was just a thin cotton blanket, would have liked a proper sheet. Also would have expected a hotel of this quality to provide beach towels (with a caution/deposit if necessary).
