Perfect location, sitting at the beach and it's a really good beach, free chair usage at the beach but you have lots of space, no one at the beach. Amazing restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. Good breakfast, better than expected.

Nothing really to point out, but suggestions to improve the space, it has a great green space in the front but it serves no purpose, no activities, it would be easy to add a kids playground or something, some chairs, anything so that people can use the extra outside space.

A small hotel, I figure about max 40 rooms, clean and right up on the beach at the end of the road, parking in the rear of the building. The rooms are normal size, clean, bright, balcony, bathroom, plenty of places to charge equipment, and astoundingly the umbrellas on the beach have the room number so you are guaranteed a place to sit. The beach extends forever in each direction, nice sand, clean, shallow water to about 50m out, warm, a little wavy, and great for long walks. Breakfast simple but complete. Three tavernas within 1 min walk, all excellent. Village up the road 5 min walk, also excellent. Staff were smiling and helpful. This is a great little hotel in a great location, and really captures the essence of a vacation in Greece.

There were only two things, and neither are deal breakers: first, the shower is one of those glassy cubical things, small, and reminder of why I should be on a stricter diet, and the second, try not to get room 110 since the matching on-the-beach umbrella is, like, deep in the sand and impossible to lie under...just trying to get under it is a lesson in humility, but if it is dug out and replanted, then this whole issue goes away.

It's a no-frills beach hotel. It looks quite stylish (Art Deco?) from the outside. Easy to find from the main road - take the turning for Kakovatos Beach, and keep heading for the sea. It was very quiet in May. Hardly anyone on the beach. No problem getting served in the restaurant across the road. No other hotels on the shore front here. Breakfast not fancy, but adequate. We stayed here one night, after visiting Ancient Olympia. The coast road is excellent, and we would consider this hotel as a base, if we decide to visit this area again. We're not beach connoisseurs, but it was fun to try the sun loungers, listen to the waves from our balcony, and watch the sun go down.

The hotel is situated practically on the beautiful beach, separated only by a pretty-looking, well-maintained garden. The room is spacious, comfortable and very clean, and have a fantastic view over the Sea at any time of day, but especially at the Sunset. Fresh and tasty breakfast, beautiful beach with lounge chairs and shades, grreat food at the nearby Taverna. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. We hope to return soon! Also, if you are lucky (and quiet!) like we were, and you enjoy walks on the beach at night, you might encounter Loggerhead Turtles (Caretta caretta) out on the shore nesting, as the place is a well-known Conservation Area for this endangered species. A wonderful experience!

The small village of Kakovatos is adorable. The hotel is well located in front of the sea. The people of the staff are available and agreeable. The building is new. My room had a terrace where I could seat in front of the sea. The garden is clean. The Greek breakfast is excellent. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks to everyone in this hotel. Specially to the Lady who was waiting for my arrival the first night and to Yorgos.

I have a single regret my stay was too short and the hotel is not to be blamed for that.

The hotel is right on the beach - you can hear the waves and smell the sea at all times. It was clean, the staff was very welcoming and auxiliary and there are many tavernas nearby for you to choose. The matress/pillows were great and there is even a small fridge inside the room to keep you water cool. Breakfast was also very good, with many choices. Price was more th0an reasonable! I would definitely reccomend the hotel!

The hotel is ideally located right in front of the beach. It’s calm, quiet and had a beautiful view to the sea. They also have a parasol and loungers reserved for each room. The breakfast is very nice and you can enjoy it on a small balcony, also with a a view to the sea. The staff were very kind and discreet.

The best Hotel in terms of value for money. Run by 3 rd generation , very good personality , private beach, with family own restaurant, 30-40 rooms, very well maintained , nice garden, watering by grand father with heart!! Calm and Beautiful beach gifted by GOD! Nice free breakfast with beach view!

Nice room with excellent view of the sea. Spotless with no damaged furnishings. Nice size bathroom with excellent shower and cosy towels. Very good breakfast too. Staff could be more sociable, however, when they did communicate it was friendly.

The location is top. It couldn't be better. The staff is friendly. Exceptional cleanliness.

Breakfast is the same every day. It's good to diversify with something different every day. Also tip: the hotel garden is great and very well maintained. It would not be bad to separate a small children's corner with 2-3 facilities for children. After all, families with children also stay there, it is good to think about them.
