Exquisite decor, modern art deco with highest quality materials and stunning attention to detail. Staff were broadly exceptional and the breakfast offering was sumptuous. Bed was so comfortable and the room was lovely with absolute black out blinds and gorgeous marble bathroom and Japanese toilets.

Very small criticisms and not in any way diminishing the experience - the bathtub is too circular and large and too daunting to fill, while occupying too much space in the bathroom. The fruit selection at breakfast could be broader.

Staying at the Waldorf Astoria was truly exceptional. From the moment We arrived, we was welcomed with impeccable service, elegant surroundings, and a level of luxury that exceeded all expectations. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and offered breathtaking views. Every detail from the plush bedding to the world-class dining was flawless. It was more than just a stay,it was an unforgettable experience of comfort and sophistication.

This is my first time stayed with Waldorf hotel,the location is good,the neighborhood easy to walk around,many restaurants can choose, the staff are the best. We enjoyed it very much,next time we will visit again. The chef of Brasserie one is excellent, He takes care of us so kindly and warm, Waldorf is perfect for travelers.

the breakfast didnt seem to have that much variety. i was expecting alot more from a 5 star hotel. it felt like slim pickings rather then having a hundred different choices.

The quality of the breakfast spread and service. Good spread but somehow the quality is not befitting of the hotel's pedigree. For example the coffee was inconsistent and lacking in taste. The service staff often forget our orders.
