Although the staff did not have an excellent command of English they were very friendly and helpful including the men stationed near the front entrance. The view of the mosque along the riverside from the hotel breakfast room is awesome. You can walk to the Roman bridge and fascinating old town from the hotel. The bus shuttle from and to the airport stops hourly across the street from the hotel. How convenient!

I was surprised there was no yogurt for breakfast. being an American I would like to have had scrambled eggs. Naturally the breakfast was geared to a Turkish taste. Also, I was surprised there was no English news station.

The staff was very helpful and supportive. Great location in the city center. Most "must see places" are in walking distance. The room was upgraded for no extra charge. Rooftop restaurant offers a great panoramic view over the city. The mall next door comes handy when tired of walking around.

To get to the hotel sometimes must drive through heavy traffic, a bunch of dolmuş stops, and the mall parking lot, and the costumers of the mall try to take the place of the guests. The vale parking is not the strength of the hotel. They could not find my car keys then the car for 15 minutes in the morning neither in the underground garage (where it should have been parked for the night) nor around the building. Although this was an annoying mistake the hotel has great staff and much to offer.

First of the location of the hotel is simply amazing it is located directly across the beautiful Sabanci Mosque and the River which makes a room with river view simply impeccable. Moreover, theres a mall right next door a few steps away and its a beautiful one i might add. Second, the staff are very friendly and some speak English which is a plus. Third, the hotel is so clean and tranquil and the rooms are pretty spacious. Fourth, the view from the Terrace where breakfast is served is simply magical. I would totally recommend anyone visiting Adana to stay at this beautiful hotel.

There’s nothing that i did not like about the hotel. The only thing for visitors to keep in mind is that there is no exchange offices nearby you’ll have to go to the old town to find an exchange office and its not too far via a taxi a simple 5-7 min ride or a 15-20 min walk.

Definitely one of the top hotels of this category I've ever stayed in, especially considering its price. You'll find here everything: 1) Perfect location: park across the street, AVM in the next building with many shops and nice coffee houses, public transport and taxi stations. 2) Exceptionally comfortable, big and clean rooms with amazing view to the main attraction (even better, by the way, than from two 5* hotels standing nearby), total blackout curtains, good soundproofing despite the fact there is a speed highway under the windows, plumbing in excellent condition and very comfortable bed. 3) Friendly staff always ready to help and great services like breakfast at the roof restaurant with 360° panoramic view.

The only thing which can be a bit improved is variety of breakfast, but there is no chance to find any other disadvantages. These guys know how to impress their guests. Again, thanks a lot for such an incredible level!

Nice and comfy rooms. The staff was very friendly. Free parking with valet. WIFI was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. We also used the restaurant for dinner and the quality of the food was excellent.

Smoking was allowed in the restaurant which is against the current law in Turkey. People were smoking both during the dinner and breakfast.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, 4 nights stay for Superior double room. The location of hotel is perfect, on right side of hotel there is Sheraton and on the left Hilton, but we decided to choose Türkmen hotel. Later on as we got to hotel, we were not disappointed. Hotel's management kindly upgraded us to a suite No 1103 with perfect veiw. Staff are incredible from the moment you are entering the hotel. All staff and specially management are professional with perfectionism. Highly recommended. Special thanks to Gamze.

Location excellent with beautiful view of Mosque and River , also right beside a fantastic shopping centre.

Breakfast was good but I like a bowl of fruit and yogurt, this option not available on the buffet. First day we were offered an omlette which my partner enjoyed but remaining two mornings we were not offered this.. I am sure I could have asked but it was nice to be offered as there was no visible menu. Overall breakfast buffet ok but I have had better in similiar rated hotels.

Great variety of typical Turkish breakfast , super comfortable bed and pillows, view onto the river and main mosque on the other side, just 10 minutes to walk to downtown via the old bridge, it’s also just 10 minutes with taxi from the airport

Excellent hotel with a nice staff! If you plan to visit Izmir I can only recommend this hotel. Near to the airport, not to far from the city center.
