very nice and clear room, good personal. location is good. Please note that: Paid Parking, paid sunbeds on the beach. if you want to take a towels for beach - you should give deposit money for it. when you will return towel- will get back money. Overall the hotel is good

I chose a room with a sea view, but it turned out that the sea is very little visible, mostly you can see the building across the road.

Super-friendly staff that had relevant answers/solutions to all enquiries. The hotel is relatively small with modern décor and large nice rooms/balconies - with sea view from 2nd/3rd floor rooms. It is located on both sides of a coast parallel one-way street, with the restaurant situated only 15 steps above the waterline. And yes, up to fifty steps from the reception to beach make this a bit handycap unfriendly. There is no beach, one jumps into the water (or crawls down the small ladders) directly from the sun chairs (which are 4 euros apiece). On 4th floor of the main hotel building is a nice open pool and sunning area with magnificent views. All in all a very nice stay in Nova Hotel at half the price of similar Croatian hotels to the north and south of Neum. C

Personally, we were a bit tired of the parking arrangement in the basement, which was very tight and (some times) involved moving of other cars before one could shoehorn out one's own car. The restaurant serves good food, but no a la carte. Nice cold draft beer though....

In order to give higher marks a few things are missing: - no shampoo provided - no cattle available - no ironing board - no one tells you about their separate beach access - no one tells you about their beautiful pool - no towels in beach/pool area provided

The hotel is excellent in every sense. Warm welcome by the staff and exceptional hospitality is the main reason we would not change this place when visiting Neum. Hotel is very clean and cosy and it even smells very good. The whole ambient of the hotel, private beach and the pool on the roof are just few reasons I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast not great but possibly because two coach parties had been in before us so reduced choices. Quite a lot of noise at night from down the road (music and singing till 5am!). Was it a Bank Holiday?

Cold water in the swimming pool, it was not warmed. Our room had no direct sea view because another hotel building has severely limited it.

The hotel is brand new, beautiful and cosy. It is clear that it is perfectly designed from arhitectural point of view and that they took care of many details when building it. The bathroom is spatious. The room is large for two or three people, but we were staying with two kids on additional bed so it was a bit cramped. The view (both from the room terrace and from the roof) is spectacular. The garage is a bit smaller and difficult to park and get in/out but the staff helps a lot. The staff (receptionists, waiters, cleaning ladies, cooks) seems like a well-coordinated team. Some of them are very nice and friendly, some seem a bit strange but they are all professional. I would like to praise Karlo and Adnan. The towels, toilet paper and other things are changed on daily basis (big plus!). The food is better than we expected (we were on half-board, buffet breakfast and dinner). It can be noted that the groceries are mass-procured in supermarkets (fruit, vegetables, fish, meat,...) with a rather standard (or lower quality) of what you would expect in a hotel, however the cooks seem to know their job and turn these groceries into tasty meals. Another plus (for many guests) is that pork is not available for dinner, only in some limited amount for breakfast. In addition, everything is written (fish, beef, etc.) so you do not have to guess. The restorant is next to the beach, so if you get earlier you may grab a table which overlooks the see. Lastly, the location of the hotel is nice. It is located in a more beautiful part of Neum (not in the stinky and crowded part near hotel Zenit and Sunce). The beach is not pebble but stone pier with a floating raft, nevertheless it is rather nice (I even think one of the best places for swimming in 500m radius). Not suitable for small kids who likes to play in the sand (the sea is deep), but good for more grown up kids who like to jump. The pool and terrace on the hotel is nice.

Actually not much place for criticism. Perhaps I would add few reccomendations for future improvements. The balconies NEED a dryer for bathing costumes and towels. For hotels of this level the glass fence(railing) should be clear and not be covered by towels. It is unconvenient to dry beach towels on chairs or balcony fence (never knowing where they will end in case of wind). The rooms (the beach, and the whole Neum as a matter of fact) need additional garbage bins (perhaps under the table).

This is the best hotel we visited so far and probably one of the best in Neum. Not overcrowded and not too many children. Beautiful view from the balcony, clean modern lift inside, pool at the roof terrace with sun beds and umbrellas for free plus again beautiful view. Cleaning service everyday, soundproof rooms, modern interior finish, garage in the basement, very polite and helpful staff on every position, delicious breakfasts and dinners, distance to the sea and city centre... basically everything there was perfect. Fast broadband and very important thing, air condition inside the room. Extremely happy and definitely will be back there.

There is nothing we didnt like. Lack of sand beach :P The only thing we didnt like is not regarding the hotel but all the bars and restaurants. None of them accept card payments. You need to have cash on you (Bosnian marks or euro).
