This is an excellent location on the beachfront. Free beach chairs and amenities on a private beach. Great continental breakfast served. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Thank you for making our stay felt like at home. Highly recommended by our family!

The hotel is well located with an easy access to the sea - good for anyone who loves swimming. It has a spacious parking lot. The room has a balcony facing the sea with a nice view of the water. The staff is friendly.

As this is not the high season, the recepionist does not work 24 hours. When I checked in, there was no one and the contact number was the desk phone with no pick up. It took me a while to communicate with the booking agent to find the receptionist. If they can leave a mobile phone in the hotel, that will be helpful.

The hotel is in a good new shape Rooms are clean and well maintained The staff is very friendly and kind I asked for sea view room and they kindly provided it which made the experience even better The parking is convenient The location is quite and safe neighborhood

Walking distance to the near by activity area is a little bit far

The breakfast was excellent, the location too. It is nice and quiet place, which meets our expectations. We would like to spend our holiday in Novum next year.

The sink in the shower was slow during water run off.

Location was excellent, the car park was perfect. Bathroom and the restaurant was excellent. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Need to provide hand wash in the bathroom which was missing. When asked the receptionist, no action was taken, we used shower gel to wash our hands.

It was very clean; the room was spacious. The hotel has a parking. The staff was very friendly and supportive.

I like hotel location ,comfortable rooms and whole facility..Beach front for tanning and also covered space if you prefer more shade. Beach chairs are included.

The staff, especially the girl who worked at the reception, ready to do a favor or kindness. She is really resourceful and approachable.

I like everything. The faciliti itself, the accommodation,the restaurant, the view and of course the staff.
