We loved many things about this place. Our room was stunning - spacious, extremely clean, and modern, and with a sea view. The room also had a beautiful balcony covered in pink flowers, as shown in the attached photo. The hotel had its own private beach so it was very clean, not overcrowded and, as a result of this, the water was crystal clear. The restaurant offered plenty of high-quality meal options. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the hotel management. I had lost my power converter so they sourced one for me within a day.

Breakfast could include more variety of fruits and gluten/dairy free options eg soy or almond milk to cater for people with food sensitivities

Oh were do I start ! Location Location Location !!! Excellent little place to stay for day or few , with a beach in front just steps away , when we arrived we were checked in by the owner who was so friendly , kind and helpful . Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great , we also had dinner over there few times 10/10 for delicious food and service. Beach is located just below outside patio and it’s reserved for guests of a hotel making it less crowded , beach chairs were also available free of charge . Owner was kind enough to book us at our request for an extra day without any issue . Our room was very nice and clean ,bed was very clean and comfortable they also provided us with baby crib , our room had beautiful view at the sea . There is also small store steps away from a hotel making it so convenient for quick shopping 😀

On the beach literally, very friendly staff and helpful, accommodating us with the parking and check in even if we arrived pretty late. The room was spacious and comfortable with a balcony with sea view, however it is far from the luxury in the pictures so it is better to humble your expectations. The breakfast is mediocre, not really qualitative.

It was a shame that for that price we had to pay to rent sunbeds and parasols. Also a lot of the parasols were broken No kettle in the room

Beautiful beach hotel with stunning sea views and direct access to the shore. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A perfect spot for a restful holiday.

Everything was nice!We spend a vacation in this hotel in September. The hotel has a private beach, the accommodation was great, staff was very nice and professional. I liked the view from the Hotel.

It would be great to have pancakes for breakfast 😋 Just in idea.Nevertheless the breakfast was ok, and good value for the price

Wow — what a beautiful hotel! Our room in Hotel Porat was exquisite! The room was large and the bathroom was so beautiful, modern and clean. The view of the Adriatic with the gorgeous pink flowers on our balcony looked like a movie scene! The restaurant served delicious food and drinks right above the beautiful rocky beach. The staff was so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to stay again at Hotel Porat next time we visit Neum!

Everything was perfect!

It’s really close to the beach and just outside of the town so it’s a nice walk in along the beach! The view from the room was spectacular

The room wasn’t as described or shown in the photos. I think we were in the adjacent building. There was a strong smell in our room even though it was a new room.

The hotel staff was super kind and helpful! They all had a regular chat and seemed genuinely interested in their guests. They were also really hard workers - always busy, giving it their best. Cannot compliment them enough. The room seemed very new and was extremely comfortable. Had a wonderful view at the ocean and the new Croatian bridge.

The location is quite far from the centre, but it's a nice walk. Especially in the evening. There's a lot of restaurants close by.
