Perfect location in the City center with a private parking lot avalable. We got a really big room with handicap friendly bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional with fresh made eggs and Oranges to self-squeeze. It is a dog friendly Hotel where guests with dogs are not second class (The dog was allowed to the breakfast room). There is a fridge with drinks for self checkout. An elevator to the parking lot is there

Only breakfast available, no restaurant for house guest use. Many restaurants nearby, but require reservation. Narrow old town roads and small parking space requires good driving skills.

The location is great, it is in a center of a small German downtown, with cute streets and lot of restaurants around. We found a pet friendly restaurant just by sitting at a first one we liked, and our dog left with gifts (snacks) so it should not be a problem for people with pets. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice interior. The beds were comfortable, tasty coffee and snacks waiting for you in the room. I have to mention the bathroom, which in a classic/traditional interiors usually are older or small, but in this hotel it is modern, spacious with all the details you need for relaxing and freshening up. Late check in is also possible and very comfortable, which was perfect for us since we were driving long distance and came later. For this price it is definitely a gem. We will come back and reccommend it to others

Not too much that anyone can change, but we were woken up at 6:00 by the trash machines, I guess you could just close the windows to avoid outside noise but it would be too hot in the summer time, since there is no AC inside.

Kind and friendly staff, central location, communication via messages quick, clear instructions for late check-in, comfort and facilities of the room. Repeated visit and always perfect.

The only thing missing are reading lights next to the bed

Everything was just perfect! Room with a balcony facing the quite west side of the hotel. Coffee machine in the room- nespresso. Huge bathroom. Extrem comfy bed!

Fantastic breakfast, excellent coffee brought to your table by the friendly staff, eggs freshly cooked any way you want them. A plate of fresh fruit and little chocolates in the room, as well as a coffee machine/tea maker and a bottle.of water. Very spacious and comfortable room and bathròom with all necessary toiletries.

A little fridge in the room would have been useful, and better light for reading in bed.

The staff was super friendly, helpful & attentive.

Not the hotels fault but while WIFI was OK, there was zero mobile network coverage in room 3 (no calls, no SMS).

Excellent location in the middle of the village, near to several good restaurants. Lovely clean room, and a great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Great Location in the centrt of the old town right on the pedestrian zone! Parking available on private lot for 7 euro per day.

Unfortunately mattress was too soft despite box spring bed - definitely needs to be exchanged !

a very beautiful and tastefully furnished hotel in the old town of Volkach. spacious room, nespresso machine, fresh fruit awaits every visitor. a nice balcony too. I was more than pleasantly surprised. very good breakfast- very friendly staff- excellent location
