Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, low price, what more could you want? Well, there was also a great seating area in the room, as well as a desk and chair. And we had a fantastic view of the fortress!

Getting there from the train was a little confusing using Google. You need to exit the station on the north side, turn left and walk until you see the tunnel going under the train tracks. Go through the tunnel, then take a right, walk until you reach the hotel.

Good location, nice 20 mins walk by the riverside from centre. Team on duty were helpful. Kids said this was the most comfortable bed they ever slept away from home. Had two rooms and one had a nice river/hill view.

Though on site car park means that they have car park. No, they don't. Parked right opposite in a car park for the cinema too. Car park is free to access for anyone, only camera for in and out. Has over and underground.

Good location, rooms were comfortable, good deal for the price.

There was no water fountains, all water needs to be purchased and it was very expensive, good thing there is a gas station crossing the street. Also we were not notified to bring our passports for the check in process (passport I fo is needed). There is no parking at the hotel (I used the parking filter when browsing for the hotel and this one came up) public parking is crossing the streer about 9 Euros per night.

Simple, but sufficient and clean room. Convenient bicycle parking in the lobby of the hotel. We had a room on the 6th floor, on the river side, so we've had a nice view of the Main and the castle on the other side (when standing up, see below).

The window was rather smallish and not fully openable, which is a shame, considering the nice view. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

Good location, at walking distance of the city centre. Relatively spacious room. Friendly staff. Varied breakfast.

Replace the fake fruit juice with something more resembling the real thing or, if possible, the real thing. I'd also like tomato ketchup with my scrambled eggs.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean, we needed last minute place to stay with dogs and they could accommodate us. And they kindly stored many of our things after check out.

First we received the keycards to the room incorrectly, but it got sorted out.

The room had no (visible) heating element. It was cold in the room in the evening and night.

Great location and convient to have parking right across the street. Staff were friendly and accommodating when we needed to switch rooms due to the air cooler not working.

The wifi was not real good, not strong enough to be able to work.

We had a great view of the fortress out of our window. The room was spacious and had a nice closet for clothes as well as a desk and a counter for putting things on. There are two lifts available, and staff is present on the reception 24/7. We didn't use the bar downstairs, but there is one.

The mattress of the bed was too hard and not really comfortable.

It was very clean and functional. Everything what you need. Breakfast was good.

The bed‘s were for us to hard. A softer topper would be great. And having a second Coffee Mashine in the morning. There was always a waiting line.
