From start to finish, my time at the spa was nothing short of extraordinary, and Luiza’s expertise and warmth made it unforgettable. Clean and tidy room. Excellent breakfast with good selection. Very friendly atmosphere. The hotel is close to the city center. The staff is friendly and happy to give information/direction. Parking is convenient and not expensive.

There was no safety deposit box. A small fridge would have been practical to keep food or drink. There was no tea or coffee facilities in the room. More information could be convenient for those who travel by car as to how to find the way to the hotel car park.

Great place in a beautiful city. The room was big, the staff nice and they offered breakfast. The biggest plus is the location, it's very easy to walk to the city center and there is a park nearby. They also offer parking but it's not very easy to find an entrance.

You have to pay extra for a dog. I was told the fee is 12 euros but paid more than that. There is no Netflix only German cable TV.

Suprised about the room and hotel in general actually, even though it already looked decent on the pictures. For a nightstop, this is more than you can expect.

Only 'negative' was understanding the way into the parking, but might as well been our mistake. Just a little unclear you can enter the street until the parking, even though it's a one-way.

The room was clean and practical. The parking fee is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the city. Location is ok, less than 20 min by foot to the city center.

There is only one elevator and it's slow. In the morning when people are checking out there could be longer queue. They could also provide better instructions how to get to the parking lot. Not many options to buy something, like bakery for example.

Great location just a short walk into the city centre. Hotel was easy to find with good, cheap parking. Hotel was clean and bedroom had plenty of space for a couple. Good breakfast was lots of choice. Good value for money. Helpful and polite staff. I would recommend this hotel and will use this brand again.

Very Good location, quiet and good value for money except the heating issue.

Heating only with air condition, first day was quite cold, we had to leave the air conditioner on day an night, to get the room heated, bathroom without any heating, so I don't know how this works out if it is really cold outside, subzero, for example, we had some +10C outside during our stay, at night around +2C

Fair price for stay, we were able to leave our luggages before check-in. There is also a nice walking path from the train station inside the local park, it takes around 20 minutes with luggages on foot.

Location was a little far away from the main attractions than it appeared on the map. Triple room had not much space but it was manageable for a short stay.

Everything went completely fine and well. We checked in on the iPad on the entrance of the hotel, then we had our access code for the hotel and our room and everything was there. We were lucky as they had beer fest at the city at this time and we really enjoyed that beautiful city or Wurzburg

Good location to be able to walk into the town centre and other sights, fortress, bridge, etc. Friendly & efficient checkin, hotel car parking (6€); clean & comfortable room, and good choice at buffet breakfast. Enjoyed our first experience of B&B Hotels Group.

Be better if provided free parking.
