A four star property which will put a lot of 5 star properties to shame. This property is located in the midst of a lush coffee estate. Friendly and service oriented staff, decent well furbished rooms and last but not the least an amazing restaurant. Pros : - Service level - Facilities - Food (amazing restaurant). We stuck with the local food options.

Cons : - Getting there is a bit adventures. Can't put the blame on the resort though ....

The property was nice overall. Improvements could be made in the buffet spread, and the cab arrangement caused us to lose an hour due to the driver’s personal work, which reduced our sightseeing time.

Immersed in a peaceful coffee estate, this superb stay offered all the modern luxuries I could crave. The on-site bar and restaurant kept my taste buds singing, while the generously sized room, complete with a private jacuzzi, was an oasis of indulgence. The immaculate surroundings and delicious food just sealed the deal.

While we enjoyed the jacuzzi, adding a heating option would significantly enhance the guest experience, especially during cooler months.

Nice setting in a large parkstyle coffeeplantation. Very quiet, spacious room and modern bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant was very nice and staff helpful - morning and evening.

Room could have been cleaner.

Breakfast was good. The chef Raghu was very welcoming and made masala dosa whenever we asked. But the biryani and veg kadai should improve in taste as they were OK but not up to the mark. The staff were very humble and polite. The served us with lot of patience and love. The staff Chandan and Praveen decorated our beds in the room so beautifully. They were very prompt in their service.

Lift is required in the tower which houses deluxe family suites. Only stairs are available currently.

We had an excellent stay at vismita County, right from check in to check out the resort staff made sure that all our requests were fulfilled, thanks to Mr.Manohar for h8s attention to detail and the lovely food at Kurinji Cafe, will definitely recommend this place to all my contacts

The rooms were really comfy and big. The staff was also very helpful. Cleanliness was top notch.

The food within the resort is not that good and I would suggest that it would be better if you explore some places outside for food.

The resort is located amidst a coffee plantation. The staff (Front office, Restaurant and Room service) were all courteous and helpful. In particular, the assigned travel guide (Driver + local guide) - Vinith was very friendly and approachable. Also, additional services pertaining to food(local malnad cuisine), tour of the coffee estate, and Vehicle (for pickup & drop and local tour) were all arranged. Overall a good resort at Chikkamagalur!

The resort is located at a scenic location, the one which you could view from your balcony. The rooms provided to us very spacious, tidy and clean. The balcony had enough space too. The washroom, shower everything was perfect. There's running hot water which I loved because of chill climate at Chikkamaglur. The room service was great and timely. The staff was really nice and kind. They handled our out of the brochure requests too. One of the staff also had contact with the local site seeing travels and even paid for the trip as I didn't have cash then. Really sweet of them. The food was great ! Kalyani Bar as well the Kurinji Cafe served us well for it. Breakfast buffet (which was free btw) was good too. The ambience at Kalyani Bar was too beautiful, especially during rain. There's bicycles too in the compound. So is swimming pool and indoor play area.

There's nothing to dislike to be honest. Probably add Laundry Service maybe.

Entire property , the plantation , the room and the food worth the money that we spent. Staff too was so courteous. Highly recommend

Not much , probably they could have done some arrangements for drivers night stay
